- College fests are amazing .. culrav avishkar etc .. great singers and artists perform in college such as mohit chauhan and monali thakur
- The language of communication is both hindi and english
- Thecollege also has a community for south people to respect their participation too
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is not at all good. Except New lecture hall complex every class has old benches and in some classes projector not working
- Mess is okay okay not that good ,.. mediocure
- Only 1st year and final year hostel are best. 2nd and 3rd year hostel have very conjusted space for accomodation

Internships Opportunities
Many companies visit the college for internship at the last of 2nd year and at the beginning of 3rd year. These include google microsoft bajaj mahindra zomato oracle etc. the internship is decent good
Placement Experience
Placements depend on branch. If you get CSE or ECE the packages are too good. But for lower branches the packages drop significantly. For example the average for CSE is 24 lpa while it is 10lpa for mechanical
Fees and Financial Aid
Since i am general category student with annual family income in range of 1 to 5 lac i get 2/3 fee wavier in tution fees. My total semester fees is 51833 which includes hostel fee 12000, institute fees 10000, user charges 9000, and tution fees 20833. Along with this i need to pay 25000 for mess. If you are a day scholar you dont need to pay the hostel fees 12000. For Sc and st categories tution fees is null. for income less than 1 lac , tution fees is null. the main scholarship which college offers is up scholarship for up students and some other merit based scholarships
Campus Life
The college offers every opportunity for exploring. mnnit has dance clubs dramatics music photography arts sports enterprenuership and coding clubs. these present a great environmment to the students for self growth
Admission
The main reason for this was proximity to my home and lying in north india. I have applied for other colleges but at the rank in jee mains which i got, i was getting lower branch in other good colleges..
Faculty
Some faculty are very strict. They dont give marks and can set the paper even to 100 or 200 for a 50 marks exam. the syllabus is decided by them. Some faculty are very good and approachable. The exams are mid sems and end sems
Night Life
there is restriction for intime. For first year boys the intime is 10 pm while it is 8:30 pm for 1st year girls. For 2nd year girls, the intime is 10 pm while there is no intime for second year boys onwards.
