Overally the college follows the recent TECH trends in markets,if you are joining in CSE Branch you will able to know the recent trends like AI & ML,Dasta science,Cloud computing etc,which is helpful to get job in real world after completion your degree.I think in the core branches there is some need of development of the course curriculum based on the recent market reqirements.

After completion of even semesters the college provides 2 months internship duration for student to gain some real world experience.also college provides the internship diaries to individual students to maintain these diary during internship periods.then during last semester you have to submit the internship diaries to your respective departments.

If i talk about campus placement of my college then,if you have scored good in all academics then you will get eligible for sitting in campus placments,after that it depends on you how skilled you are.The average package is around 6 -7 LPA and highest package is around 13.5 -14 LPA. From 7th semester you will eligible for campus placement & the companies visited in recent likes Adani,TATA Powers,l & T,TCS,Voltas limited,Argue Software,Scaladge,Texas Instruments,Visa steels etc. The placement ratio is depends on year wise,approximately 60% students get placed from campus placements. My plans after getting the degree is to get a job may be from campus placement or from off campus.after getting a job i will looks forward for M.Tech .

Indira gandhi Institute of Technology(IGIT) Sarang is an autonomous Institute of Govt. of odisha.The annual fees of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineerning is 68100,including Tution fees of 45000,Development fees is 15000,internet fees is 1000,Lab maintainance is 3000,Site visit is 1000,SSG fees is 100,Student activity fees is 3000. Other Tution fees are : B.E / B.tech(9 courses) - Rs 36 K to 1.18 L M.E/ M.Tech(18 courses) - Rs 26.5 K to 2.21 L Diploma (5 courses) - Rs 17.4 k MCA (1 couse) -Rs 88.5K

You will definately Enjoy the college fests here.in a year approximately 13 numbers of events are organised including technical fests.Annual fests are generally helds in even semesters time like in thwe month of december to may.The festivals like Horizon,Utkarsh all branch fests,Annual sports events etc. There is some extra curriculum clubs in our college like Dancing clubs,Singing Clubs,Music clubs,Sports clubs,photo and videography clubs etc. Every year Annual athletic meets are organised by the college after ending of this ,every branch organize the individual cricket premier leauges .

For 4 years of degree there is different hostels,some of them is well maintained and some of them is average.for 3rd year and final year students the hosetels are well maintained and there is single room provided to final year students(Hostel name - surya bhawan),there is another hostel where both 3rd year and final year students stay.in this hostel ,in a room there is 2 students are stay.overally the hostel meal quality are good. If you want to stay outside the collrge campus then there is also avaolability of room with same price of hostel expesses per year.but for outside staying the cost may be expenssive.

IGIT Sarang is comes under the top 3 college from the among institute of odisha.I choose this college because unfortutently,I couldn't get chanced to get admisssion in VSSUT,BURLA and OUTR,BHUBANESWAR.As compared to other govt as well as private colleges the average packages of our college is good.and LAB experience is better & my college has the large campus areas of 189 Acres which is fully cover with green enviroment.You could get Addmission through JEE main rank and OJEE rank.

Faculties are very helpful in nature ,always solve doubts of students regarding semester exams,careers related queries and other competative exams like GATE,UPSC etc. The semester exams are conducts in the institution and exam copies are also evaluated in college.

There is a library which offered to students for studying in there free time and there is 2 to 3 parks is insides of our campus,where students get chilled out during their free time. for night out you can walking inside the college campus.also a college canteene is there to have some snacks during evening.
