Best for students how live in Rajkot

Course curriculum is very relevant to respective subjects. Like being a mechanical engineering student I think there's all important subjects like BME, BE, maths etc which are very important for our course. There is one problem that is, there's no enough machine in workshop which is important for mechanical engineering. There is exam in every 2.5 month and we get enough time to prepare for them.

Tution fees of college is 1500rs. For first year one have to pay extra 850rs for I-card and library fees etc. Tution fees are waived for female candidates. There is no caste based fee waiver policy. Students are eligible for Gujarat government's MYSY scholarship which gives you 14500 rs per year. Students how took accomodation in private hostel are eligible for food bill scholarship which gives you 15000rs per year.

There is only one tech fest in the college and it typically held in February. There is a wide range of books are available in college library. I don't have any knowledge about journals. Many classroom are equipped with projector and some of the has big size monitor. There's no dedicated program for sports but festivals like navratri are celebrated in college campus. There's only one alumni association present in college who sponsor the various events in college.

I have not applied for more college during counseling. I have applied for VGEC Chandkheda along with this because according to me this to are best in gujrat for mechanical engineering. I would prefer VGEC Chandkheda if I can get admission there. Reason behind it is so simple that VGEC gives good package after placement. My rank was low than the closing rank of vgec and that's why I couldn't get that college. I got addmission in GEC Rajkot through ACPC counseling and I got seat in first round of addmission. To get admission in to GEC Rajkot you have to pass class 12th and give gujcet exam, based ont the scor of both exams one can get his rank and based on that rank you can get admission into college.

There are 30 students per faculty member in our college. All faculty members are very polite and supportive to students. There is a few faculty how are sometimes rude to students. I personally like Prof. Nawaz A Kureshi sir because he is young and very supportive and encouraging us to get practical knowledge. I personally don't dislike anyone of the faculty members. There are two exams per semester one is mid semester exam and second is mid semester exam. It's easy to pass in both of exam if you have only attend all lecture, if anyone fails in exams it's his own karma. Course curriculum is very relevant to respective subjects.

College campus very far then common residential area. There's just a few shops for snacks and beverages. Campus timing is around 6.5 hours after that there really someone could present there. There's no night life consept.
