Classroom search well maintained these are very good
Faculty are very helpful very nice the help in our placements

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is pretty old the frequency exam is quietless the exam must be little bit tough it is very easy the courses also we need advancement in course we need new subjects implementation in our college

Class Size: 88Course Fees: INR 68000 per year

Placement Experience

The placement is very average we need improvement in the placements we need more company to come and invest money in our college we need internship opportunities which is not available in our college.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college Fees 68000 the hostel fees for girls is 45000 the registration fees for even semester is 1700 the registration fees for odd semester is 3500 and the tfw category fees is 23000. Aur College fees includes development free also

Campus Life

From the month of February to March we have our techfest like horizon and we have Texas for different branches like our computer science engineering branch has technovation. We also have annual function in the month of April.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel rooms are very big it is very comfortable spacious there is Wi-Fi supply in every room which is very helpful for the internet beings the only problem is that the food is not so good in the canteen the food quality is so bad

Hostel Fee: INR 45000 per year

Admission

I choose outr bbsr before come to this college but I got rejected in that college because of my less JEE main rank we come to this college by giving chairman examination or we selected in this college by giving JEE main examination.

Faculty

The faculty ratio is very less the permanent faculty is very less as compared to temporary faculty so there will be less experience in the faculty the faculty who are present in the college are very good there very helpful the help us in our campus placements and growth of our careers

Night Life

There is two canteen present in the college one is the old canteen which is opening from day to night ght and then other canteen is food court for snacks. There is a good bhai in the playground and in the park near old canteen

The excellent university of odisha

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem of completion eligible to sit in placement called by campus placement in university. Companies like accenture, techmahindra,tech bee,and wipro comes for hiring. Highest package till now is 29 lpa and lowest is 1.5 lpa. Average package is 5lpa. Mostly 80 percentage of students getting placement from campus drive. My plan after getting degree is getting job from campus drive.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.

Placement Experience:

Every year, the average salary package stands at 7.5 LPA, while the highest package reaches 21.5 LPA. The majority of companies that participated in the placement process were startups. Leading recruiting firms include Teach Mahindra, IBM, SBI, Accenture, among others. The placement rate is an impressive 90%, which is quite favorable. Students become eligible for placements from the third year itself. In this placement season more than 90 percent of the eligible students got placed in several companies. The highest and average are yet not known. Several companies visited the campus with prominent ones being Microsoft, Dell, Xerox, Flipkart and more including several startups. After getting a degree if I am able to land a job the ok otherwise I will start my preparation for the defence sector or civil services.

Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology is a government college but provides much more facilities like private colleges.

In odisha we have a specific counselling procees named as OJEE counselling. In this we have to apply for many colleges as we want. So i applied for VSSUT,Burla and OUTR,Bhubaneswar and many more colleges. But i got this college (Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology , Dhenkanal) as according to my JEE main rank. I chose this college for this particular branch . Electrical engineering is a very respected branch in our college as many industries are built near this area which take students from campus selections.
