- The main thing is attendance (100 percent clinical and 80 percent theory)
Course Curriculum Overview
There are some aspects that made me choose this course is the best clinical exposure with real-time learning on real case scenarios. The curriculum includes various modules, simulation, labs etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
First year fees I had paid was 34600 . The tution, caution, registration, admission, development,lab fees and other charges during course completion as per category is 20,000 rupees only ,fees of general category is 40600, sc st fees is 34600. UTTAR pradesh scholarship program I get 21000 rupees.
Campus Life
Annual fest is Rhapsody and every year there is a celebration of Saraswati Puja in campus There is a facility of library in college and also there is a access to central library Facility in classroom are projectors, ac , proper lighting, internet, microphone etc. There is annual sports event Drona
Hostel Facilities
Facilities provided in room are a bed , chaur ,table , almirah, 2 and 3 sitter room The food provided in hostel mess is very good and everyday rotation of menu 60 rupees per meal so total expenses on food is around 150 per head per day
Admission
I wanted KGMU and I got . I also opt for RML , GIMS , etc . No I haven't get a rejection from other colleges as per my rank I got my first preference that is KGMU college of nursing I got admission through common entrance test for nursing in Uttar Pradesh which is now known as CNET. Eligibility is 10+2 with pcb ,cutoffs is 150 above for general category , obc 145,sc/st is 130 and it depends on difficulty level of entrance examination
Faculty
Faculty to student ratio is 1:10 . All faculty are good and have student oriented and skill enhancement approach. In a semester system there are 2 internal exams and 1 University exam within 6 month . Course curriculum is very relevant but rigid and packed .
Night Life
There is gym in hostel that are in campus, a lots of cafeteria Hostel timings are 6 am to 9:30 pm Our campus is safe to roam around at night and our campus looks very beautiful and magnificent at night .
