Likes

Faculties are very friendly and educated from NIT and IIT
Junior are like small brother and senior are very supportive
The hotel facilities are good and neat and clean

Dislikes

Due to the mines area the environmental is highly polluted
There are no sufficient amounts of hostel for boys
Transportation to the college is not good

Course Curriculum Overview

The specific accept of the curriculum that influence me to decide this course is IT sector is now very demanding sector but in our department the lab should be slightly improved and increase their amount of computers the frequency time of exam is good they provides of time

Placement Experience

From 7th semester students are eligible for campus placement there are many companies which are visited to our college and the average packages for lacs the highest packages of 10 lacs and 40% students are getting placement

Fees and Financial Aid

The total course free of my college 68 000 and the registration fee is 2000 the admission fees 3000 the development free is 5000 the lab is 5000 . There are no scholarship and financial support are provided by our college but those who are tfw seat they have to pay only 28 000

Campus Life

Our college organised different types of functions and their support different types of sports such as cricket football volleyball badminton kho kho Kabaddi etc annual function name is a Rohan and our college organize different types of clubs such as drishya club homemade club coding club etc

Hostel Facilities

Our room is not very big but it is contested male quality is average but menu is good the registration of our hostels depends on semester marks . The facilities are provided in our from is free electricity and free water and free Wi-Fi

Hostel Fee: INR 46000 per year

Admission

I applied different college such as Odisha University of technology and research what I did not get this college because of lower ranking in entrance exam. The the admission process is very simple and it depends on your ranking of JEE entrance examination

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is 1:8 and the relationship between faculties and students like parents and child there are many faculty I like the most they are ramakanta Sahu sir and sanjukta madam the difficulty level of the exam age average

Night Life

There are no gyms in our college what our college have to cafeteria one big library there are many locality face place the locality safe is Rome around the night the last famos hangout place in our college is old canteen

Placement Experience:

The placement is good with highest package being 19 lpa from JP Morgan to lowest is 3 lpa the average package is around 5 lpa . Students are eligible for placement tests from 6 sem as pwc comes for their launchpad program in 6th sem only. Companies like accenture, tcs, Infosys, cognizant, PWC, JP Morgan visit our college. Majority students around 82 percent gets placed in these companies. My plan after college is to work for any of these companies.

Honest College Review

Placement Experience:

Stduents get eligible from 5th semester for placements peaking at 6th semester of the college. Companies like Infosys, TCS, Tiger Analytics etc came but big pacakge placements offers are low . The highest package was 32 LPA and the average goes to 5-6LPA. The percentage goes to 90 % for placements. After getting degree you can go for higher studies.

My Honest Experience at KIIT University B.Tech CSE

Placement Experience:

Placements at KIIT University for B.Tech CSE are decent and well structured, especially for students who prepare consistently. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester, although pre placement talks training sessions and internships start from the 5th or 6th semester. The university has a centralized placement cell that coordinates training aptitude tests mock interviews and company drives. Many reputed companies visit the campus every year including TCS Infosys Wipro Accenture Cognizant Capgemini Deloitte EY Mindtree LTI Bosch HP Amazon and a few product based startups. Mass recruiters make a large number of offers while product and service based companies offer selective roles. The average package for CSE students usually ranges between 4 to 5 LPA, while the highest package can go above 20 to 25 LPA in exceptional cases depending on the company and role such as software developer or data engineer. Around 75 to 85 percent of CSE students get placed through campus placements. Students who remain unplaced usually pursue higher studies startups off campus jobs or competitive exam preparation. Placement success largely depends on individual effort coding skills internships and communication ability. After completing my degree I plan to work in the software industry to gain practical experience and improve my technical skills. Alongside my job I also plan to upskill in advanced technologies and later consider higher studies or specialized roles depending on career growth.

Campus placement is descent. Some of the student opt for higher studies. Almost 80% get placed with good packages.some goes for gate exam. I also know a senior who have gate AIR of 42. I am planning for gate along with my degree.companies like Hpcl , cpcl, exon mobil usually come here for recruiting.

Campus placement i thik it's in your 4 year of engineering only i.e in your 6 semester. There is a lot of companies visited like jsw ,hindulgo and a lot to go . Jsw provides avg package of INR 12 LPA And it selected only 2 students only. I think girls get placement easily as compared to boys ... companies usually select more female candidates....I think I will go for job rather than doing masters degree.

Electrical engineering is a very respected branch in our college as many industries are built near this area which take students from campus selections.
