Course Curriculum Overview

I preferred computer science engineering branch in Indira Gandhi Institute of technology Sarang because it sector is now most demanding sector the lab and the computers should be increased in our department top frequency and timing of the exams it's gap between two semester is 4 months

Class Size: 88Course Fees: INR 68000 per year

Placement Experience

In 7th semester the students are eligible for the campus placements the companies who have visited our college are Infosys and argusoft tech Mahindra TCS excetra the highest packages 900000 and the lowest packages 4000 00 per Anum

Fees and Financial Aid

The tution free I have to paid age 68 000 and the registration fee age 3000 and the development phaje 5000 the lab fees is 5000 and the admission fee is 3000 per year that tfw category students have to pay only 28000

Campus Life

Our college organise different types of functions such as annual functions which is name and annual athlete which is known as AAM and the difference different branches organise their own functions there are many clubs in our college sources coding club robotics club drishya club dance club etc

Hostel Facilities

The facilitated are provided in our room is 24 hour electric supply and 24 hour water supply free Wi-Fi will be provided the full the food quality is very good the menu consist of dal rice chicken mutton biryani egg fish paneer mushroom etc

Hostel Fee: INR 46000 per year

Admission

First day I have applied veer Surendra Sai University of technology but I got rejected due to the a lower ranking in joint entrance examination rank then I got igit Sarang the admission process of our college based on the JEE mains ranking and the cutoff is below 2 lakhs

Faculty

The student to faculty ratio age 10-1 the relationship between faculty and students is good faculty sir supportive the faculties I like the most is rakesh Mishra sir and Sonali madam the exam level its average

Night Life

There are no gyms in our college but one cafeteria and one library is present in our college the hostel gate for boys closed at 11:00 p.m. and for the girls it is closed at 8:00 p.m. the locality it's safe to Rome around a night

Placement Experience:

the placement is also not that much great. they are very few companies TCS and Infosys are the mass recuriter here . The core companies are close to null . So you have to go to only to the IT companies that to at a very low package . My students work for as low as 2.5 lac per annum . This year almost everybody was between 3lac to 10lac bracket . The highest on campus package are about 25 lac . Not more than that most of time. and the average package is almost about 3-4 lac per annum . The percentage of the students placed is also really bad . Most of the students have to hurdle by himself.

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem the students became eligible for campus selection. Companies like Infosys, EVEREADY, ACC , ultratech and many more offering annual packages starting from 2lakhs to 8lakhs. Highest 8lakhs annual packages and average was like 3.5lakh to 4.5 lakh. Approximately 70 to 80 percentage of students are getting placements every year. After getting the degree i want to do a job in electrical companies.

I choose this course because at first I was interested to automobile engineering but I didn't got it from other college so I preffered this mechanical engineering. It is a very though course as it seems. And there was 1:7 for faculty and student ratio. Faculties were highly qualified and some did PhD and m. Tech and other are fresher. The teaching skill differ person to person. The thermodynamics faculty was very excellent. In every year there was 2 semester and it is a little difficult. And before semester there was internal and viva.

Electrical engineering is a very respected branch in our college as many industries are built near this area which take students from campus selections.
