Course Curriculum Overview

I prefer Indira Gandhi Institute of technology for computer science engineering branch because of IT sector is now most demanding sector. The frequency of the exam is average. They provide 5 month gaps between the two semester

Class Size: 88Course Fees: INR 68000 per year

Placement Experience

The 7th sem students are eligible for the campus placements the number of company visited to our colleges TCS Infosys argusoft etc my plan after getting degree is higher studies. The percentage of students getting pressment is 30%

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fee we I have to pay to the college is tuition fee as 68000 and registration fee Aaj 2000 lapis Aaj 5000 development fee as 5000 an admission fee is 5000 . There is no scholarship provided by college

Campus Life

Our college organize different types of functions of annual athletic meet and annual function which is named as arohan there are sufficient amount of books and journals available in our college our college supports different different types of sports cricket badminton football volleyball

Hostel Facilities

The faculties are provided in our hostel is 24 hour electric supply and water supply the menu is good and consistent of rice Dal chicken mutton biryani paneer mushroom etc and free wifi supply are provided

Hostel Fee: INR 46000 per year

Admission

The college i have applied but got rejected is because of the lower ending in join entrance examination rank all India I have applied Veera Surendra Sai University of technology the admission process of our college based on JEE mains exam ranking

Faculty

The faculties and students ratio is 1 isto ten . The faculties i like the most is Sarojananda Mishra sir and Susmita Mishra madam and the faculty i hate the most is our HOD .the difficulty level of my exam is average

Night Life

There are no gyms in our college to cafeteria one library our campus grade is closed after 10:00 p.m. and the hostel for boys is closed after 11:00 p.m. and for the girls 8 p.m. a local place named as anantasayan

IIIT Bhubaneswar means technology!

Placement Experience:

Amazon, Google, Wipro, HCL Tech and many such which has been around for a while in the tech business and has built tech for many overseas companies too are the ones which have already started coming. I am in my final year and around 40% students have already been recruited and I hope before this semester ends, i too get placements.

Our college give good placement but packages are very low package start with 150000 and end in 700000 . But you study properly then you try pursuing higher studies. 40% students placed but below 400000 . after completing you try off campus placement then you secured good salary on good company.

placements are average...not feels like an iit but its ok ...this yaer percentage of placement was 90% and highest ctc was of 67.4 LPA with median of 12LPA and average of 17 LPA ...most of the placements for SDE roles. My plan is to finish my degree as soon as possible and get placed for a SDE role so that i can survive

Placement Experience:

The placement stats of IIT Bhubaneswar are quite good. For the 2025 placement season, the highest CTC was 67.6 LPA and the mean CTC was 14.5 LPA, with a total of 22 PPO offers. Approximately 90% students were placed this year. Major recruiters were Google, Oracle, Zomato, Goldman Sachs, NVIDIA and Meesho. This year, there were 5 international offers (4 from Accenture Japan and 1 core offer from Niterra Japan).

Placement Experience:

the placement is also not that much great. they are very few companies TCS and Infosys are the mass recuriter here . The core companies are close to null . So you have to go to only to the IT companies that to at a very low package . My students work for as low as 2.5 lac per annum . This year almost everybody was between 3lac to 10lac bracket . The highest on campus package are about 25 lac . Not more than that most of time. and the average package is almost about 3-4 lac per annum . The percentage of the students placed is also really bad . Most of the students have to hurdle by himself.

NOT AN IDEAL COLLEGE BUT DEFINITELY DESCENT

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is descent. Some of the student opt for higher studies. Almost 80% get placed with good packages.some goes for gate exam. I also know a senior who have gate AIR of 42. I am planning for gate along with my degree.companies like Hpcl , cpcl, exon mobil usually come here for recruiting.

I chose this college for this particular branch . Electrical engineering is a very respected branch in our college as many industries are built near this area which take students from campus selections. And most students prefer electrical engineering in our college than any other branch because it provides wide range of job opportunities as it has the best experienced faculties and effective equipments for laboratory practicals.
