- Palcement ratio is very good and growth in opportunities is absolutely fanstastic.
- Facalty are well educated and most of them are at least done M.tech and some faculty also done Ph.D faculty of the GEC rajkot follow proper schedule for study and teaching method is fabuloustic
- College has huge library ,campus is larged enough to other colleges and colleges has cantin also [overall infastructure of college is excllent.]
Dislikes
- Some faculty are poor in taking assignment and submission.
- Less curricular activities compered to other colleges.
- Higher placement only come from computer department , other departments have lower average placement ratio , they focus more on internship.

The course curriculm at our college is considered relevent and up-to-date . it perfectly align with current industry standard and student noticed that changes in syllabas positivity impact in future needs and effectively preparing for the job in the company.

Many companies offers internship opprtunities like pathway organisation , Emipro technology pvt Ltd. wey bee solution , etc... Roles provided by that company: Software development projects Mechanical Engineering projects etc....
Placement Experience
Student become eligible for campus placement from the end of 6th semster. GEC Rajkot's recruiter companies are reliance industrial , Bolt wey solution , TaravaSoft ,Adani , simfrom ,WebOccult and many more . Highest packege in 2024 was 7.5 Lpa from computer ,mechanical and electrical department . Average package is around 4 Lpa in computer department . Roughly 50% students are placed last year.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yearly fees that paid in current year is 2250/- 1500/- is Tution feees for NON TFWS students and 0 rs for TFDS students. 750/- is mandatory for both TFWS and NONTFWS students which is for institute fee.in those 750 rs they incude: Library fees:40rs Gymkhana fees:150 rs
Campus Life
Overall experience with capuse life is exellent but according to my pov ther is one major problem for girls students . There are no government hostel facility provided by college for girls so they have to up-down from the city. our colleges has impressive infastructure to support both academic and extracurricular activities. College arranged sports festival once in a year. college libraryhas vast collection of different type of books and academic resources for students . Any student with collge i-card can borrow books from the library. Student have various opportunities to involve in various clubs like GDSC ,Gate higher & Abroad studies club.
Admission
I choose the collge over the colleges because i consider many parameters like location college reputation , college faculties and many more . According to my area location and my rank in ACPC this is the best goverment college so I choose this college over another college
Faculty
Our college has large team of well qualified and experienced faculty accross various departments. Faculties are very polite and behaviour of them towords the students is very kind and they support student to improve there pontential. there are total 3 exams in collge per semster : 1. Mid Sem exam (30 MArks ) 2. GTU university exam (70 Marks ) 3. practical exam (50 Marks : 20 Marks internal assement + 30 marks viva exam)
Night Life
Collge senior is arrange freshers party for new students and they choose different locations every year . Personally for hangout spot I choose local hotels and cafeteria and race course gardan. There are 3-4 provet hostels near by the college so the students can stay there .
