Likes
- Firstly i would like to say that I love the infrastructure of the college as it's the first thing to notice as a newbie . There are many floors and beautifully designed with cafe coffee day and food truck for the students
- Secondly the welcome given by the teachers and students was very welcoming and friendly. The activities and fest and programs in the college are very enthusiastic.
- Last and the main thing is that the studies and attendance are strictly followed making the students disciplined and responsible . All the lectures are taken properly and notes are provided timely.
Dislikes
- A little too strict about attendance and the online attendance portal.
- The timing of the college is too long restricting the students for extra internships or courses.
Course Curriculum Overview
The main thing is how the student score good marks for example my seniors 90% of the people scored 9 cpa and secured a good package. They were my motivation firstly and the teachers who made them that capable. For improving the course I would suggest if the level of examination was a little easy and proper 5 months before the exam is conducted it would be helpful for the students .
Fees and Financial Aid
For the first year the fee is 2,21,000 and for second year the fee is 2,25,000 and for third year the fee is 2,37,000 and then for forth year the fee is 2,48,000. Everyone has the same fees and all the different types of charges are included except for the exam fees . And there are a few scholarships that help students as financial aid .
Campus Life
The college festivals are the life of this college , obviously. They are very entertaining and engaging, the students enjoy a lot . There are many different types of activities held for students . Last year there were 42+ activities and this year they are planning for more . The club involvement is also very good . ACM, Ecell , Geeksforgeeks are few of the famous clubs in college and they also held many engaging activities for students .
Admission
I only wanted to get selected in an iit but since i couldn't clear I didn't go . The reason I choose this college is because of this . The criteria of admission was 50% + in 12th grade and mhcet and bvcet were also taken into consideration.
Faculty
The relationship between faculty and students is good and faculty is very approachable. They listen to every student issue and resolve them as soon as possible. I like Mrs Preeti Jog Ma'am as she's our bcvs teacher , she takes all the classes very interesting manner . I don't find math faculty that interactive, but the teaching is good. In each sem there are 2 uts the first one is usually easy compared to the other and the semester exams are of moderate level . The first year curriculum doesn't seem that relevant to the course as it contains drawing subjects which aren't used .
Night Life
The gym , cafeterias and library and public areas are all very good and well maintained for students. They are always welcoming and there are many facilities available. The famous hangout place is cafe coffee day in the college
