- Teachers teach well most of the time and faculty has a background of filmmaking and working in the industry
- we are taught everything from fundamentals to software
- campus is good and well equipped for every basic needs
Dislikes
- Computer labs dont have the best configuration in terms of pcs which is required
- Teachers sometimes hold grudges on students
- Attendance is a big issue in this college with minimum attendance needed 80%
Course Curriculum Overview
i personally was more keen into doing vfx and that does not start until the 4th semester. The circulum is properly set but somedays are bigger and we dont get enough rest because of it. Assignments are many and only join if you can work that much
Fees and Financial Aid
yearly fees for this course is 150000 and it is for four years. You dont have to pay for other things except field trips or extra activities. You do have to buy a good high end laptop for this course which takes minimum 1 lakh
Campus Life
College has many activities you can do it has a table tennis court a carrom board chess board as well as a gym. the college has several cafeterias so food is affordable and accessible to everyone. College has friends staff aswell which helps whenever needed. our college has a student council and i am one of the subheads in it.
Admission
I only applied to this college as other ones were too expensive and out of my budget. Mainly i picked nmims bevause its closer to where i live and its easier to go there and stay close to my familu aswell.
Faculty
Our faculty are good in their own aspects. We have faculty who had worked for Animated movies like hanuman and disney etc some faculty arent good in terms of teaching so that needs to be worked upon. there are 5/7 faculty in total and perfect amount as there are only 30 students.
Night Life
there's a beach near to college so most students go there to chill aftwe an exhausting day. there are several cafes aswell so people do visit it. there are several gaming areas so usually people go there after college to play video game
