Course Curriculum Overview

i like drawing so i went for animation and vfx they tell us alot of stuff from the industry beacuse the teachers worked there for years so yeah pretty good advice 2 finals exams and class tests depends on the teacher

Class Size: 31Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

iam paying 150000 its based on entrance exam so only people who pass the exam can apply for the course other design students are paying 400000 there are no scholarship available in animation and vfx and other designing courses

Campus Life

no events in SOD yet but they are planning there are alot of books and journal available in college library no sports in nmims there's are alot of clubs and council in nmims people make council according to their batch and course

Admission

i went for NID but i didn't scored enough to make it for the cutoffs so i went for nmims the admission process in nmims includes 10+2 and we hv to give entrace exams if you pass in the entrace you'll be accepted in the university

Faculty

the faculties are very friendly and approaching any student an approach them if they have any doubts Nitin Nigde, Sudhakar and Pravin More are tye best teachers For the first year it's mostly drawing and one software as we upgrade in acedemic year our drawing gets limited and more softwares are introduced

Honest review of an Amity student

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course to do something unique. The curriculum is good. The course structure is good but it lacks in good teaching methods. It will be better to learn via youtube than the facilities. We will have mid semester exam 2 and half months after starting of the sem and will have end semester 3 months after that.

Placement Experience:

Form sem 4 or if you have skills you can start from sem 3 and the college brings company in sem 6 and the percentage of getting placements is around 40 50 percentage and my plan after getting the degree is to make my owm animation movies n cartoon

Must Read this before taking admission in Amity University Mumbai

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was influenced to take this college because rating of this college on internet was very good.The curriculum they mentioned is very good , like they have mentioned they'll teach sketching , Pixel art . But the harsh truth is that no body is ready to take lectures , which is the biggest concern. The curriculum is good i would suggest the college to apply the curriculum Yearly there are 2 examination, which are not very hard

The journey ~NMIMS school of design

Placement Experience:

The placements here are really really good, with the highest package of 20lpa and avg of 10lpa , the college stands with some of the top design schools in India. They have tie ups with big companies lole deliotte, axis bank etc and provide amazing placements through them. From my experience and talking to seniors, the college has 100% placement record and i feel they would continue to have it.

SOD - a creative universe

NMIMS unversity design's programme eligibility criteria includes passing 12th grade with specified minimum aggregate score. a stanout feature is the portfolio submission of the artwork the students has done. The students can find the admission form on the official college websites and about the fees structure also.
