In my opinion course curriculum is far better than its fellow competitive colleges. I got a sufficient amount of time to focus on other things apart from studies. Also we have just 2 exams in a semester thus the burden of exam is not very high on shoulders of students

DTU is well known for its Training and placement centre. Every year a lot of companies visit DTU for internship and placement oppurtunities. Nearly 70% of engg. Graduates in dtu got placed every year and left 30% mostly go for higher studies. Recently hoghest package awarded was 1.27cr

Apart from academics dtu focuses on extra activities as well. It is well known for its ENGiFESt, a 3 day fest which has sometimes biggest footfall of north india colleges fest. Apart from that sports fest AAHVAHAN, literary fest YUVAAN, tech fest are also celebrated

Fee structure is not too expensive and not too feasible. Considering the fee structure of IIT and private colleges DTU offers B.tech degree in a less expensive fee. But it is expensive than that of NIT's.

DTU offers various scholarships. Although i haven't availed for them but i knew about them. If a student is seriously not able to afford the fee of academics then a scholarship of 80000 is awarded by DTU. Apart from that scholarships for toppers are also provided.

DTU has nearly 250 socities and clubs. Thus apart from academics a student can focus on various extracurricular activities. The labs and sports facilities are also very good. Although some labs have old machines but some have the latest ones.

DTU has offered one of the best seniors and alimni. Seniors are best in DTU. Even though you don't know any one you can just go can and ask for any favour of tips for better performance and they are always available for support.

admission in DTU is purely on JEE MAINS basis, i got required rank in jee mains to get a hold on a seat in b.tech ME. It is then followed by a counselling process after which your seat is confirmed. The counselling process is not very hectic and it runs in a smooth flow. The seniors are also there to help you in case of any confusion.

Most of the faculty are phd holders thus they have ample amount of knowedge to provide to us. Apart from that except few all are very friendly in nature with students anf they are always ready to help the students.
