Likes

Teachers of the college are well educated and supportive to all the students
Campus infrastructure is great campus is about 220 acres of land
There is not any casteism for any student

Dislikes

Events and functions are not organized in the college
Not any placement assistance is present in the college
There will not be any startup culture in the college

Course Curriculum Overview

Cource and curriculam which college opt is generally bases on rhpv pattern event if it is autonoumous college But in the new branches the cource is not going to complete in time you have to complete cource by yourself

Class Size: 84Course Fees: INR 94000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly fees for the general student is about 23500 and didn't get any scholorship for general student and the obc and sc and st students got scholorship ob 29000 per year which is actually greater than the fees

Campus Life

College didn't provide any exposure to students students have to struggle for the internships and placements is we get on college infrastructure it is good but not any extra curricular happens , not any event or function happens in college

Admission

I chose rhis college because currently it has least fees in mp by comparing to aby engineering college and by comparing other government colleges the infrastructure is very good college has 220 acres of land but the placement is not that good by comparing to other colleges

Faculty

Faculty members are good in college but in mechatronics and ai branch faculties are not that mush experienced because branches are new in college In every semester there will be 2 mid semester exams and one main semester exam

Night Life

Nightlife in hostel is very strict theris is time boundation of night 8 at hostel so their is strictness but around college there are 2 parks and had a good environment around and a gym is nearby to college

Affordable College with Decent Opportunities and Scope for Self- Growth.

Placement Experience:

Placement at SKITM are decent and improving year by year . Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. Reputed companies like TCS,wipro , Infosys and some emerging firms visit the campus. The averages package is around 3-4 LPA ,while the higher goes upto 6-7 LPA in some cases . Around 60% students get placed , especially those who have good technical skills and communication skills. The college also provide basic training and guidance for placements, which helps students prepare for interview The college provide some support, but it is not enough for high - paying jobs, so students need to prepare on their own.

Deom semester 2 students can avail for internship and from semester 4 students can avial for placements There are several companies like accentire, Infosys, tcs, learn flu, pcs pvt ltd, advikait, internslite, blucurcursor, rackbank etc It make about 280 offers The highest package is 11 lpa and average is 4 lpa 70 percent students get placed

Placement Experience:

Placements are average and need improvement. Students generally become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. A few companies visit the college but number of offer is limited. The no. of students were selected for placemetns were 10-15 from my batch.

Placement Experience:

After 3rd year onwards I think the students are eligible for campus placements. And till now around 90 companies have visited this campus and highest package till now is 70 LPA and average package is 7 LPA. Around 1500 students every year get placed from this campus. And my plans after the degree is either landing in a high paying job or staring with my own startup.

Placement Experience:

Placements in my college are very good in one sense but okayish in some other. Many companies visit the college but only some of them are good and if one loses opportunity in some top companies, then only low paying companies remain. Students become eligible for college placements after 6 semester. Some top companies visiting for placements include, Goldman Sachs, Databricks, Google, Zomato, Amazon, etc. All of the students in my branch have received their offers except one or two, who will receive it eventually. Highest package this year is 1.04Cr INR and average would fall around 30L INR. Percentage of students getting placed in my branch is around always 100%. My plans after a degree is to work in industry offered to me by my placements, but even if I don't get on campus placement, I would be seeking out off campus placements and I am positive, I'll be in good place.

Good but not Bad

Placement Experience:

From the 4th semester student can apply for internships and for placement student should be in 5th semester of his or her college life. There's very difficulties in getting placed by the company because few of the company comes to college and very fewer gets placed. So student must develop the skills on their own and apply for off campus selection. More than 8.5 cgpa for average package and more than 9 cgpa is required for a good company... I'm planning to give upsc exams after graduation

Placement Experience:

Not much helpful in terms of placements.not very big MNC companies visit there and average packages are not much high the faculty will not guide you about placements you have to prepare on your own and apply for offline placements.

In the last year or 7th semester you will be able to attend campus recruitment and get placed in a reputed company. Last year there was approx 100+ company comes to the college for recruiting students. Last year their highest package is approx 10LPA and a minimum of 4LPA. Approx 80% of students are getting placed till last year and some of them are working in MNCs right now and some of them are opening their startups. After graduation, I decided to pursue higher studies abroad.

Placement Experience:

From the 7th or 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placement. there are too many it companies visited here like TCS Infosys etc. The highest package in this college is 8lpa. From my point of view, this college is not suitable for good campus placement.

After my jee didn't go well, I applied for MPDTE counselling where I got to know that JEC jabalpur best fits as per my financial conditions. Also I prefer hostel life which I got in this college with minimum fee . Jabalpur Engineering College enough review

Yes , i can apply for this college for reason is it was a good college in your lower rank in jee mains exam you can also admit 12 th result and lateral entry for diploma students. Every year in july and august time there was counsling happed you can apply through mpdte portal andyou can join at lower rank and if your are not able to pay more fee in private colleges that was a good option for you . Everything about JEC Jabalpur

So admission process is via MPDTE councelling which is the state level councelling process. Student get admission through the jee mains percentage. Accordingly they got the branch . Mostly students preferred CSE , IT and AI branch . I also applied in SGSITS indore but because of my low score I didn't make it to go there...Read More
