Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is like mod ways between tough to easy the moderate level the frequency of exam is like in a semester there are 2 mid terms and 1 end term and practicals they held after every 2 months like 1 st mid term then 2 mid term then practical then the end sem exam

Fees and Financial Aid

Our college provide 3 types of seat GAS SFS AND TFWS the GAS (government alloted seat) it gives on the basis of jee main percentile and 12 percentage SFS is given to them who is not able to take GAS seat and TFWS seat is given to the ex-servicemens .

Admission

Like this is near from my hometown so I prefer this college and in civil engineering here is one of the best faculties so I prefer this college in this college the management staff and the infrastructure is good the overall scenario of this college is above average and this college provide you an better environment and the way you live

Faculty

Faculties are easily approachable they help us very well and they teach us how to deal with life the hostel and you're in different town and far from home so how to manage things they teach us very well.

Night Life

This is a disadvantage that there is no such things like night life in this college the girls hostel and boys hostel are closed 8 am the first year and the canteen are closed too and the main gate is guarded so there is no such things you can do at night

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well the curriculam is good easily accesable and reachable and i have selected electronics only because i have interested in it from the very starting and the curriculam is good for me. Yes the curriculam helps to solve the real world probelm but not at all as most of it are theoritical and but some lab experiments and good. Exams are held every 2 months sometimes it become difficult to face the exams.

Placement of my college is decent for technical branches (Cs,It) it has decent but for core branches(petroleum, civil ) it has quite good placements. From 6th semester you are eligible for campus placements. Highest package is 44Lpa and lowest is 3Lpa

The placements cell try their best to get as many students placed as they can.many companies visit us including celebal, tcs and I don't know about the percentage but it's pretty good not everyone will get the placement but yes who have time to their studies will definitely get one.the average package is around 5lakh per anum ctc it can go upto 25 to 30.lakh based on your knowledge entirely

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum includes lab works, workshops and seminars. Which influence the choice to choose the course. But they are lacking to get hands on experience. Though they are guest lectures and seminar which is highly beneficial. Need to provide report on summer internship, industrial training, which is mandatory according to curriculum. Which helps in gaining hands on real life skills. But students still pass this barrier using fake certification and copied reports. And faculty is not strict about this. I believe the latest technologies which is not integrated in curriculum like AI/ ML ,recent frameworks , even if integrated not taughtd in depth. Like we have subjects AI , ML but no practical learning. Assignment are huge burden with little learning we need assessment that tests understanding rather than memorization. More subjects needed on softs skills especially in last year during placement season. Live project with company as all student are not able to land good internships. Frequency of exams like midterm( 2 in 3-4 months) ,practical( at the end of semester just after 2 nd midterm exam). End semester exams - 10-20 days after practical exams.

A balanced blend of learning , growth , and opportunity at GMEC Ajmer

Placement Experience:

Campus palcements at GMEC Ajmer are quite good, especially foe CSE and core branches. Students become eligible for placement grom the 7th semester, and many companies visted the campus every year. Some of the prominent recruiters includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys, capgemini, cognizantand tech mahindra among others. Highest package varies every year (in 2025 it goes to 13 lpa) Average package: Ranges between 3.5 to 5 lpa Approxi,ately 80-85 5 of eligible students got placed, especially those from technical backgrounds with good coding and communication skills. Some students also go for off-campus drives or pursue higher studies like M.Tech or MBA. As for my plans, after completing the degree, I aim to either get placed in a reputed IT company or pursue higher studies depending on the opportunities available and personal career goals.

Admission process was very tired. Admission happened through reap . Reap is an admission process. I didn't conduct any exam. But the reap rank was decided on the basis of jee mains rank. Forms for reap are available in June or july month. Application fees is not that high, it is quite reasonable. The eligibility of course is 4 years.
