Review of DIT UNIVERSITY

• The curriculum is very effectively planned and the subjects in the course are also very effective for the course understanding • the course should improve in the timing of the class timetable as sometimes the time table gets very hectic • the time gap between the mid term and endterm is around 1.5 months which is sufficient for preparation

The students are eligible for the placement in the 7th semister The companies which come to our campus are lnt and other local companies The average package is 400000 and can go upto 800000 per annum 60% of students take placement in my field rest of the student choose to opt for the business

•As i am a Btech student from civil branch my fees is 176000 yearly which includes 20% Domocil discount as i am a citizen of Uttarakhand •The fees for students of Btech Cse is around 200000 per year which includes 20% domicile discount •The fees for other core branches is also same as of civil students approx 180000 per year which includes 2 semester • The compulsory registration fees is 15000 which we have to pay during the admissions •Their is either 20% Domocil discount or 20% scholarships discount for the students but if the students is getting discount they have to maintain their cgpa above 8

We have youthopia as the fest event which includes cultural events technical events etc The range and availability of books in library is awesome Their are various number of clubs available by the students

I did not apply to any other college as i found it to be the best around the others The admission process for dit university is very simple they ask you basic questions about the field u want to opt for and then they check your percentage of 10th and 12th and give u discount accordingly

• The faculty to students ratio in my department is around 1 faculty for 25 students •Mr Bk singh the dean of soet is a very good and helpful teacher as his concern is the students should learn and understand the subject rather than passing • Thier are total 4 quiz and one mid term and one end term examination •As the subject is of core branch the subjects are technical and are not easy to pass but can be passed if the students have attended the necessary class •the subjects of the course are fully relevant and are interesting

My college has around 5 caferias 3-4 library each department has a separate library Campus timings are 8 am to 6 pm and the closing time for hostel are 8 pm Students like to sit in frisco cafe inside the campus as it is sweet and cute and is also pocket friendly The place is safe to roam around night
