Course Curriculum Overview

2

I choose this computer science course to save my future but the college didn't do anything for that. They always teach some traditional programs which is not relevant in current situation or on the future. But the syllabus was made not to meet the real world requirements. And the exams are in improper manner. The gap between two main sem exams are just 3-4 months give students no time to study well and revising.

Fees and Financial Aid

The total college fees for each year is 50100. It include all type of fees such as laboratory fee, internet fee, sports fee, library fee etc. The tution fees paid to the university is just 37500. All other fees are at the college level. As a self financing college, I don't get any advantage for my category. But some students get advantage for their category.

Campus Life

5

Overall campus experience is good. Inside the college there is many places for chilling with friends and time passing. College has nature classroom, bamboo forest, butterfly park etc to make the college life more memorable. Outside the college there are many cafterias and restuarents to go wiith the friends and enjoy every moment. there are many clubs in college like sports club, Science club, maths club etc which have a number of active students. College also has NSS, NCC etc. In the library there is plenty of books to read and Internet section to search online books, read ebooks and make notes.

Admission

I choose this college because of the offers offered by the college management. They offer me a job after completing my degree at this college and I can make my future safe. then I asked multiple people about the college and I try my best to gather information about the college. And then finally I decide my choice. But after the admission I realized that all the offers are just a lie. the admission process is very simple, go to the college with the allotment memo, Id proof and 12th and 10th certificates. All the procedures at the college level is done the college and tell us to wait some time and paid the first fees. Then give the temporary id card along with fees reciept

Faculty

4

The overall faculty is good. But some of them are not loyal to the students. Some teachers and lab assistants are helpful towards the students. each student have mentor to support on their personal and academic life. At the college level there is head for each departments and treasury also. Under the head there are many subordinates.

Night Life

4

College has hostel facility for bot boys and girls. Boys and girls have separate hostel which is near to the college. It is easy for the college students to come on time and eating food. There are many cafterias and chilling spots near the college. There is no gym near the the college. College has a college library and outside there is a public library.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is almost best. Curriculum doesn't influenced me in deciding this course. Curriculum should add internships. Currently there is no mandatory internship, if students are interested they can do internship during vacations. As we are learning psychology which need to be practiced in real world settings, curriculum must include real world training to help students understand things more effectively. Currently intervel between exams are non existent. Internal exams, then semester exams, you blink once, next internal exams, followed by semester exams. Syllabus is understandable, can learn if you try. Exams are also manageable. Real world examples and stories can be included in teaching methods, as psychology is related to humans and human interaction, to get better grasp of concepts. Rather than focusing on passing exam, should focus on the concepts and understand them in-depth. There are a lot of theories to study by heart. And there are many repetitive topics that overlap, but in different semesters.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course is Bsc Biotechnology. It is a research associated course. Its main scope is in research. But in every industry let it be medical or industrial a biotechnologist is required. I would like more practical knowledge than theory knowledge in this course as it is needed to be implemented in labs hands on experience is essential. Exams are conducted every 6 months as semester. Class tests and model exams are conducted frequently. Assignments, projects, seminar ,etc.. are given every month.
