Course Curriculum Overview

2

I chosen the course BSc CS for future safe, but in college they teach the same simple basic programs in different languages. And so many unwanted theory papers results mental pressure on students. They don't teach anything for meeting the real world requirements. We don't get enough working days for each sem. There is only 3-4 months difference between two sem.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution Fees for each sem is 14500 rs. Other than that, it include all types of fees including admission fees, development fees, library fees, sports fee, multimedia system. All fees except tution fee will increasing on each sem. The total payable amount on each sem is vary between 18750-25000. As a self-financing college, it does not provide any scholarship.

Campus Life

4

My college is very famous for the statewide NSS activities and I'm proud of that. So I applied to the the selection process but unfortunately I can't get selected. The college will also conduct annual sports meet and annual day celebrations, onam celebration, Christmas celebration etc. College has dedicated staff for maintaing sports and cultural events. Other than this, college also has various clubs including maths club, science club, sports club etc

Admission

I got 94% on my 12th level and I'm sure that I easily get an admission in college what I want. Then I decide this college and ask to my friends and relatives about the college. I even ask to the college management about the course structure and placement opportunities. So I make it as my first choice and I got my admission on very 1st allotment. And then I went to the college for my admission and the process is very simple. They ask for my allotment memo, application fees reciept, Id proof, 12th and 10th certificate and photo.

Faculty

3

There are so many members on college faculty. Each department has it's own heads and subordinates. Overall faculty was good but in some of the teachers are not loyal to the students. Each departments conducts two internal exams and seminar and assignments for calculating internal marks of each students. They are strict on that. 75% Attendance is mandatory for writing main exam.

Night Life

5

The college has nature classroom which is very exciting and everyone is eager to go there. There are many gardens, butterfly parks, bamboo forest. All those items together give a vintage look for the college atmosphere. College also has hostel facilities. Separate hostel for boys and girls. Which is very near to the college. There are many cafeterias, restaurants and very nice hill spot which is just 2-3 km away from college.

From 5th semester you will be eligible for campus placements. Big banks like federal bank, south indian bank provide high placement package with the highest package being 60k per month. Other IT companies like Wipro, accenture, and deloit etc also provide high package placements.Almost 50 to 75 percent of students get placed after third year. My plan is if i get a good package I'll go for the placement or else I'll go for my masters degree

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choosed this degree for me to pursue higher studies in uk or foreign country to study cosmetics related field. So for that bsc chemistry degree must have But this curriculum doesn't teach something base to that I think so.. For further studies the teachers need improvement to teach certain topics some teachers didn't even prepare to study students and lab safety is not in the lab.Because of the teaching the portions are done in last minutes and often exams are difficult in major subjects so they need to improve their study methods and often approach students nicely..

I feel in love with mathematics in plus two time. The coursee are more application based when compared to other. Out college being an autonomous college has good grip to keep up to the level of good education. Overall teaching methods and syllabus are very good. Frequency of exams are troublesome during the last time of year because all the programmes like youth festival annual day etc come together

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Bsc electronics, it has an attractive curriculum and some of them are influenced me in some way. The facilities are well-known about the curriculum preparing and all. The current curriculum is good but it needs some changes. Include more practicals is one of my suggestion. Teaching methods are good it doesn't need any change. Exams are conducted by Kerala University, so the college can't do anything in main exams but the college will complete all the portions before the exam date it is sure.
