St. johns review from my side

I have done my B.com and M.com from this college wasted my 5 years of life because of their syllabus. They follow 50 years old and worst curriculum , you can't find some books of specific subject in the market because they are too old not for industrial norms because they follow dr. .bhimrao Ambedkar university.

There is a seprate career counselling and placement cell in college if you want to participate in internships you need to register yourself with placement cell .many companies participates every year like relience, tcs,medha,axis bank , hdfc bank etc.

First year students are eligible for internships and certifications and final year appearing students are eligible to participate in placement drives. They have a career counseiling and placement cell in college premises but there is no use of such things, especially when you come in their placement drives you will find most of the companies are from the BPO's or sales and their average package is around 1 lpa to 1.5 lpa and same in case of internships opportuneties.

The yearwise fees i have paid during my m.com is 4448.00 for the first year and 4648.00 for the second year. The tuition fees for the first year is around is 4268.00 plus other fees is 180.00 and they also charged 200.00 which is not mentioned in their fee structure which they called commerce association fees and they charged every year, The fees for second year is 4468.00 plus 180.00 other fees. and if we talk about other catogeries in M.com is 100-200 change in amount not much difference . The st.johns college provide a provides financial aid to needy and deserving candidates based on their marks and financial background they conduct these test internally.

I have experienced a good campus life at college premises apart from studies in terms of festivities held every year you can find journals and newspapers in all languages, you can also find a computer lab in running condition. they conduct sports festival and annual athletics meet every year in which all games are there and provide platform to a worthy player and they also conduct ralley on social topic and having a nukkad natak perform by the students. the overall experience is not bad in terms of other government colleges in agra uttarpradesh.

The hostel facality is good but food need to be improved , they are giving tea and milk in the morning and also Wifi is available for everyone. The exact hostel fees of st.johns college is not available but on an average hostel fees for girls ranges beetween 15000 to 20000 approx it is just near the college.

I choose this college over the other colleges i applied because it is near my home and it is famous for its education and extra curricular activities such as NCC and NSS , the campus is like mini redfort. Candidates need to fullfill the creteria as Havinger the DBRAU norms. candidtes have completed their class 12th from any board. Having sports and extracurricular certification is a plus point. Need to score good in entrance exams. cut off is changed every year.

All the faculty of this college is very supportive and specially the enviroment of this college is very good, all the faculties are very experienced in their respective feild and having a good subjective knowledge, i'm in the commerce section i rate out my faculties 4 out of 10 in terms of study agaisnt science faculty which is 10 out of 10 in terms of study and attendence. Specially if i talk about their course curriculum they have 50 years old and worst curriculum. Exams are moderate not much difficult as i expected.

No there is no group disscusion and interview for admission creteria only counseling after merit. Candidate must have passed class 12th or equivalent in that feild from a recognised board, need to appear for entrance test. no i have not prepared

There is no gym facility's in premises but there is cafeteria in the premises they are having hostel for student at certain differences. and also having a good central library in the premises and there is 2 ground for football and basketball.
