Hostel facility is very good the rooms in first year are 3 seater and after that 2 seater. rooms are of 10 x 19 or slightly large but not too large sufficient for 2 individual provided with table chair almirah and bed Hostel are affordable only message charges of 40000 and approximately 1500 to 2000 rs for hostel ,along with this a common room library each 9 room wing with common toilets , bathrooms and r o meal quality is also nice with chai and big pratha ,eggs bread jam in the morning and rice, veg ,dal ,roti raitha sweetdish in lunch and dinner

I chose this university because of its extremely natural environment and it's ranking it's 1st among all state agriculture University 3rd in veterinary College after ivri and ndri ,88th nirf Overall this university has recognised at both national and international level I applied here only and got selected Eligibility is 10+2 Entrance exam of university is the only gateway to enter and through neet via vci councelling Cutoff is generally high for veterinary College you should score rank between 1 -70 or under 100 reservation are available for obc sc st and women candidates ,j&k students (2) ,vci candidate (6-8seats) Scholarship are also available through nsp ,merit scholarships etc

Each subject have different units atleast 3 professor for each subject and each unit is alloted to the professor who has the mastery in that aspect . Being honest pantnagar is Closest to nature and have strict rules and regulations hence night life is not there for girls as hostel entry timings are restricted to 7 pm summers and 6 pm winters but at some occasions with extension you may enjoy upto 9 pm or so There is the facility of gym and cafeteria each college have its own library along with a gaint university library nice public areas are there Campus timing is 9 to 1 lunch and 2 to 5 Hangout places inside the university are some cafeteria park garden section etc outside the campus rudrapur haldwani cities which are nearby have malls cinemas markets nearby tourist places are nanintal bhimtal ramnagar etc the environment of campus is very safe especially for girls every point of campus have guards cctv
