Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is set by our great professors in very sympathetic way Syllabus of both theory and practical is applied based Veterinary council of India make the curriculum and revised in 2016 And make it more and more efficient

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

60 thousand is course fees And 40 thousand is hostel and mess fees And internet fees library fees, ragistration fee,lab fees, Sports, magazine,tour ,etc all are included But fees for payment seat is 6lakh approx

Govind ballav pant university focus in over all development of our students all activities like academic Sports, personality development, skill, University provide plateform for all the skills development

Hostel Facilities

Some hostels are old but some are new and in well condition. in 1st year the there are three student per room but from 2nd year onward there are two student per room Meal qualities good and menu is properly followed good diet .water and food charges are very less and provide good quality of food

This university is first agriculture University of India This is very prestigious university And always get top rank in university ranking in india and whole world Pantnagar veterinary College is rank third among all veterinary College in india

Good number of faculty All facilities are good And Bvsc is yearly system course so in a year three internal exam and one external exam and each subject have two practical Deficulty level is medium And if you study regular you can get good marks

UG AT VETERINARY COLLEGE GBPUAT

Placement Experience:

There are plenty ot government and private jobs in veterinary sector if a person is having good knowledge of the subject he can have upto 8 to 10 LPA of income package after completing of ug and after few years of experience the income may raise to 15 to 17 LPA . There is no dedicated placement cell in the college for veterinarians but different state govt , army , paramilitary forces, different central and state govt conduct inductions for permanent employment of veterinarians . Employment is almost guaranteed after completion of this degree .

Life at a Veterinary College

Course Curriculum Overview:

The teaching methods are good , professors evn ask the students if they prefer the smart board or the regular chalk mode to be taught. The curriculum is as per the guidelines given by the veterinary council of India .

In terms of relevance and comprehensiveness the curriculum is great I would say... The institute follows strict guidelines of VCI... The curriculum helps us in both veterinary and animal science field, also helps us to develop a sense of discipline and responsibility towards society

Opt to become a veterinarian.

Placement Experience:

From the final year i.e. after 4.5 years students are eligible for an internship. The 6-month internship is to be done within the campus and the rest of the 6 months in another organization. Many dairy, poultry, food processing, and wool processing companies visit the college for hiring students. Also, many research fields are available after the course with great scope. Around 5 to 7 lakh per annum packages are easily available after the course which is generally offered by firms visiting the college. Best students based on their academic performances are preferred. Near about 60 to 70 % are generally getting placement. Others generally opt for further studies. AMUL, Ananda dairies, poultry firms, many renowned slaughterhouses, and research organizations are some places where veterinarians get appointed other than clinical practices.
