Course Curriculum Overview

the courde curriculum is well structured and industry relevant focusing on real world applications . It influenced my choice with its emphasis on practical skills and emerging technologies. Exams are fairly spaced and moderately difficult, allowing for through preparation.

Internships Opportunities

Interships at vnrvjiet are with companies like amazon , deloitte and infosys. Roles inculde software developers, analysts, and intern engineer, with stipends of 10-50k /year or even eithout stipends for certificates etc.

Placement Experience

placements from form 6th semester, Companies like MIcrosoft ,Amazon, Deloitte ,TCS ,INFOSYS etc visit offering roles in tech and consulting. Highest package : 51lpa ; avg :9.6 lpa almost 80% of the students get placed in any of the companies with avg package of 9.6 lpa.

Fees and Financial Aid

yearly fee for btech is 1,35,000/- and for mtech is 2,60,000/- free for sc,st from government and management is around 4 lacks per year. free for full reimbursement. other scholarships depends on the students based on his/her performance he /she gets the scholarships.

Campus Life

Campus life is vibrant with fests like SCINTILLATIONS and techfests like convergence etc .Library is rich in books / journals. Smanet classrooms , labs, sports, clubs like data questers , krithomath, livewire, cresendo, scitilate,etc

Admission

I applied to VNRVJIET, CBIT, JNTUH, VASAVI etc colleges, chose VNRVJIET for placements, faculty, and curriculum .Rejected from cbit,jntuh,ou due to high cutoffs. Admission via eamcet/jee eamcet is preferred.

Faculty

faculty to student ratio is ~1:15. faculty is supportive , approcheble, with modern teaching methods. Exams are oderate : few fails. Curriculum is relavent. Best and disliked faculty names vary per preference.

Night Life

Gym and library closes by 8 pm and cafeteria closes by 6 pm . hostel timings are 10 pm. Hangouts: campus food courts, hitech city spots like cafe , parks. Locality is safe , vibrant nightlife nearby helps students relax post classes.

College Diaries

Placement Experience:

From 3 -1 only students become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited for our college was Jpmorgan,google,microsoft,Infosys capgemini tcs etc.. The highest package in our college was 54 lpa from Microsoft and average packages were 5-10lpa the percentage of getting placements by students is 75% and my plans after getting the degree is to get a good placement in a MNC's.

My campus life and experience

Placement Experience:

Until know i got some info among the placements and internships is that yes, this college is providing campus placements good as some of the recent companies were Infosys, Capgemini,and other companies drive has been conducted in the college for the 4rth years. So the placements are good here no worrys too. But the LPA is less a bit like in the past years as the software industry is getting more hard to get jobs.

There are many companies costing the campus for recruitement like Accenture ,Infosys , keka , Accenture , infor etc and many other startup . They mostly consider students from Cse background but even allow others if they have skills . Accenture and cognisant will hire many students and there pay would be around 5 lakh per year for service roles . If they take for other roles then the salary is more 60-70% people get placed , some prefer doing masters even though they are placed

Pros and cons of nitw

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester the students are getting ppo , it's obvious because of nirf of nitw and top placements are here only. Around 80 percent of students are placed if we skip the biotech branch because they all go for higher studies Highest package was 88lpa last year and the minimum package is 6 lpa and average is about 13lpa I want to go for tech placements and want a package of 30 lpa that's enough for me

Detailed review of VNR VJIET

I did chose this college because it is highest rated EAMCET college in Telangana. Vnr when compared to others is far better in curriculum and placements.the addmission process starts atound Feb of every year. There is also management quota . The only other college applied is cbit . I did not get the seat for my rank . The admission process is of three ways. One sis EAMCET exam and the other is jee mains percentile ( b cat) and the last one is nri quota also called as management quota.
