Teachers are very friendly and helpful. The assist us on whatever we need on our study basis
Very good college union. There is a very good union that undertakes all the complaints of the students and take necessary actions
Very good enivornment. Its not much spacious but it has a good vibe

Dislikes

The college is not too much spacious. There should be more space
College bus is not available. We have to travel to college by ourselves which is hard for people who live far away from college
The canteen is also small. It cannot accomodate more than 50 people

Course Curriculum Overview

I dont like the course curriculum. There should be more improvement in the FYUGP programme. The exam duration is another challenge. You have to write English and languages paper in 1 hour and thats not enough

Fees and Financial Aid

I joined this college through management admission, where you have to pay 70000 for donation and 30000 for admission/other expenses. But those who come in government quota, they have to pay the 30000 only.

Campus Life

There are many festivals celebrated in our college like holi, onam, christmas and there is a union day and a college day. There are different types of sports activities like cricket, foodball, tennis, khokho, karate, etc. and we can participate in the college level kalolsavams

Admission

I applied on marian college also but I didn't make it as of the lack of seats in there. But I got an admission here and I am glad of that. This college is far more better than marian college. Unlike there is more infrastructure and other facilities in marian college, the management is really strict and there is no union to support the students needs. But this college have a moderate strict management. But there is a college union to support the students

Faculty

The faculties are very helpful and friendly. The guide us through our academic pathway and tells us about what to do and what not to do. The exams are bit tough as there is FYUGP programme on every college in kerala

Night Life

There are no nightlife in college. The only night life is for the students who initiate the programs because they have to engage in the college all night to make the event great. There are no hostel facilities provided by the management.

Why you should/shouldn't join LISSAH

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is almost best. Curriculum doesn't influenced me in deciding this course. Curriculum should add internships. Currently there is no mandatory internship, if students are interested they can do internship during vacations. As we are learning psychology which need to be practiced in real world settings, curriculum must include real world training to help students understand things more effectively. Currently intervel between exams are non existent. Internal exams, then semester exams, you blink once, next internal exams, followed by semester exams. Syllabus is understandable, can learn if you try. Exams are also manageable. Real world examples and stories can be included in teaching methods, as psychology is related to humans and human interaction, to get better grasp of concepts. Rather than focusing on passing exam, should focus on the concepts and understand them in-depth. There are a lot of theories to study by heart. And there are many repetitive topics that overlap, but in different semesters.

Peekay college, The heaven of studies and programs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course to help others.social service was the main motive. I'm now persuing post graduation because i got best classes from best teachers. Real world applications are that i can be a good psychologist. The exams are gaped 6 months. Difficulty depends on the teachers who prepare the exam papers. But mainly it is syllabus based.

Affordable college with many features and support.

The admission process was pretty easy as I applied for admission online on their official website. There is no such cut off i believe. I got admitted to my management and cost 75,000 donations and I was admitted to B.com Tax it is a 3 years course and the fees structure was semester wise and it cost 10,000/semester.
