- The placement cell is active and pay attention to each and every student personally with regular training sessions and the placement is also good for computer and mechanical department
Dislikes
- Infrastructure. The college really sucks with its infrastructure and cleanliness. College is really old all the classrooms have no good lighting and are dirty all the time .
- The laboratories are very old and are not upgraded to new instruments and devices. College should improve the laboratory and grounds
- The crowd in the college is not necessarily very good . The surrounding is subpar and not so friendly
Course Curriculum Overview
I wanted to be a data scientist and hence i chose computer engineering. The curriculum is desgined to make a student an all rounder as we study each aspect of computer engineering from hardware to software , which gives an extra safety that we can shift the path of our career whenever we want as we have knowledge of almost all fields . Areas of improvement are the ways we study. The college still uses all the old fashioned methods and we still use notepad to code when there are advance IDEs available There are exams in early January then the sem end in may . Then winter sem insem in October and endsem in december
Placement Experience
Students are eligible for placements from 6th sem that is start of third year . Students are introduced to the training and placement cell in second year. Companies such as wipro , accenture do mass hiring and average package is around 4lakh rupees and highest goes around 9LPA Around 60% students are placed on campus in last year The college TNP cell tracks the off campus placements of students till they are placed
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is as follow: For open we have to pay 67,000inr yearly For EBC it is 34,000inr And for FE there is 10000inr for uniform and laboratory After then we pay constant 67,000inr every year till graduation If the seat is EWS then the fee is 7000 to 8000 a year Admission is through JEE and CET
Campus Life
The annual fest is named as Resonance where we have 1 annual day , 6 days and 1 sports week Library does consists of all required books for graduation and there is good availability of books . Classrooms are really dirty with no light and projectors . There is also visibility problems in each classroom due to reflection . Sports is really good as we have college and university level competitions There are various clubs such as E-cell , GDGC , MLGC
Admission
I took this college because i wanted to be in SPPU which is a very well known university and my college is located in nashik which is originally my hometown hence i chose Rh sapat Other colleges here are KKW , INDMVP which provide the same course but costs way more than mine and are similar in terms of campus placement and infrastructure also my college lies in a better part of city
Faculty
The student ratio of male to female is fairly equal . In computer department the sex ratio is 33:37 which is close . The faculty i like is of OOP subject which is nikam maam . She has expertise in her subjects. About exams there are four exams over a year where two are insem and two are endsem. A single semester consists of two exams one insem and endsem each . Insem is a bit tough but there is no passing for insem but the marks you score in insem affects the required passing marks for endsem . Minimum combined passing for each subject is 28 marks which is easy to achieve .
Night Life
College cafeteria is really unhygienic we prefer to not even sit over there . Gym is fairly good as its empty most of the time wirh functional equipments . College campus closes as 8pm and opens at 6am As the college lies in the richer part of the city all the malls and food stalls are really closer to the college and the life outside is really fun
