Likes

Faculty was very nice and helping in nature in terms of not only in studies but life suggestion n all too
The campus which was quite well structured and designed
The diverse curriculum was very nice and helpful to grow us as person

Dislikes

The class timing was sometimes odd and was hectic too
The campus size was very large and this we had to travel a lot
Sometimes few students were not good to people out there

Course Curriculum Overview

The course was quite diverse which not only helpful me to gain knowledge about the subjects but also helped to learn the history of the subject in terms of literature of america and india as well We had exams in every 6 months which was our semester

Class Size: 250Course Fees: INR 52000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

It was around 50k for three years The categories students fees was around 40k to 45k I don't know much about it but is available for economically weaker people who are a bit weaknin terms of money and all things.

Campus Life

I remember we used to have many events like dancing, debate, sports, cultural fests and the biggest fest of the year which is Kashi yatra All of these events exciting and due to these things only I got exposure to n number of things and I participated in these events as well which helped me to grow as a person and helped me to understand my strength and capabilities

Admission

I didn't applied for any other college because I wanted to study here only in banaras hindu university because top notch proffesor with proper facilities and environment is present here so I can't think of any other college to apply in

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio was good which was 50-55 student to 1 proffesor and they were totally approachable which helped me to clear my all doubts when or if required Our enish proffesor was quite helpfull in all terms that's why I liked them totally And there were no teacher whom I not liked, everyone was nice to us There were around 6-7 papers per semester in internal and external separately.

Night Life

The nightlife was also totally fun and exotic because we used to chill with friends in the campus only, we used to go on long drives and eat many things which was present in campus inside only and we didn't had to go out for these things hehe

Honest And Factfull

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is very useful for me in civil services examination because Optional subject remains important in Upsc examination and if u are already pursuing a degree in a subject which will be your optional in civil services examination then it will be great choice of yours . curriculum prepares me so well. Recently teachers werw changed due to their poor performances in class. This improvement was done. Now exams frequency and timings wero also fine and there was not difficultly level at all

Roller coastal journey

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have interest in psychology that's why I adapt this course. got to know so many things about psychology and which help me to know people better really help me in my day today life. But the professor need to explain more and do not give illusionary examples. Did they have to try to explain in real world scenario. The courses is difficult and the paper is so lengthy give three hours to write and the people is so many that the time is insufficient they need to give more time if they expect to fill 24 pages of answer sheet.

I choose to do ba because i m interested in pursuing psychology as my career option. The curriculum is adapt according to my knowledge It is same that of Lucknow University and somewhat similar to delhi University with only few changes. Placements in my college are really nice and the placement cell was we have to find the placements for the students studying the college they make they also make sure that the students are well equipped with the skill so that to get place in my college students are eligible from the 6th semester for the campus placements the highest packages was offered in my college was around 6 lakhs and average packages is about 2 lakh per annum and around 80% of the students get their placements rest also get jobs from where according to their personalities

Placement Experience:

For campus placements, 6th semester students are eligible. There are various companies which visit our campus for the campus recruitment process some of them are IDFC First Bank, Adda 24x7, Piramal Finance, etc. The highest package offered was 5 lacs and the average package as per company was 350000. 40-50 percentage of the students are getting placements in the college every year. After the BBA Degree, I am planning for the Masters Degree for better placement. |

Economics Honours at Amity University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum at Amity University is a well rounded blend of theortical principles and practical relevance that shaped my future career. There are modules like microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics and statistics that provide a strong formation for any future career opportunities in economics or finance. Additionally the presence of specialise subject like health economics, developmental economics, international trade, public policy and behavioural economics very highly appealing and something you would not find in other universities or/and government university. The inclusion of such modules got my attention because it promised to go beyond traditional economic subjects and focusing on the practical subjects that are also industry specific level of domain of economics. They were also research projects, data analysis classes, case studies throughout the three year course which allows students to apply and test their knoweldge that further enhance the value of the degree. There were also subjects like environmental sciences, psychology, communicative English which was made mandatory for students that help them shape their personality and adapt more to a corporate setting. The examination system is designed to assess the viability of skills and critically but the difficulty of exam especially towards the end of semester can create unnecessary pressure for students. There will be time that there will be last minute syllabus changes or additional chapters to be considered and there is no structured format of what you can expect in the written exam however there is a fair grading system though some students feel that instead of the exams there can be more emphasis on analytical side rather than modules that require rote learning.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Overall curriculum was good that they make proper schedules of classes and all but there was something lacking is that sometimes the professor was absent and we wasn't aware about that and sitting in that class without knowing they should inform us or make a proper arrangement for replacing of class with other teacher and also there was lacking of technology in studies I didn't remember how many times they used the projector for proper teaching.
