- Teachers, technical faculty, college campus and facilities are very supportive to the students
- The infrastructure of the college is very good as per avg gov college
- College blocks are neet and clean,good hostel facility,clg have canteen,library,playarea, professional labs and etc...
Dislikes
- There are very few computers in our lab we need to adjust for it
- There are no scholership program for students
- Hostel have too less capacity for students who came from other city
Course Curriculum Overview
As far as we consider that textbook knowledge is not the real world knowledge, and that is 100% truth. So in this case scenario, the college helped a lot and took initiatives for students to arrange industrial visits to Thermal Power Plant at Wanakbori, Gujarat and Nuclear Power Plant - Kakrapar in Gujarat. Also with the support from Govt of Gujarat, the students were given FREE 15 DAYS TRAINING at International Centre of Automobile Excellence in various technologies like Welding, EV technology, Smart manufacturing, 3D CAD Design, CAM, CNC AND VMC Machines etc. So this a very very amazing thing.
Fees and Financial Aid
Dr S and SS gandhy government engineering college had a fee structure same as Gov engineering college which is about 1500+ some institute fees about 2000 which is dependening on semesters, The fees were to be paid on a sem basis after completion of each sem All fee process is online
Campus Life
Campus of Dr s and SS gandhy government engineering college is gorgeous. There are clubs like Mechanical engineering students association. Dr s and SS gandhy government engineering college rocketry team,ncc cadets are also trained in college and many social activities by prof h.c. patel is initiated to make students aware about literature
Admission
Dr S ans ss gandhy government engineering college is one of the best colleges in Gujarat. It ranks 3rd in terms of Govt Colleges in Gujarat and first rank is of LD College of Engineering. Every student studying in Std. 12th or Diploma Engineering in Gujarat once have a dream to get into LD college of engineering. But as the merit goes high, the second best option is Dr S and SS gandhy government engineering college .
Faculty
The well qualified facilities are teaching in each and every department of the college the teachers holding phD masters from IITs and nits are guiding students a lot and igniting a spark of knowledge There are two exams per semester mid semester exam and end semester exam which is known as gtu exam
Night Life
No night life I had experienced as I always used to go back home after completing my college but my friends who stayed in the hostel always used to travel around as there are lots and lots of cafeteria, restaurant nearby to celebrate some small events
