College is good but need some improvement

BBA is a professional course. And management is a field which every company need , also it is trending course and you have more options for career like MBA, start own business etc that's why I choose this course . Our college have 1 compulsory internship for students also many workshop and seminar are held in the college by experts , it is compulsory that student must have atleast 5 certificate during the college year so these things prepare us for the real world. Teachers should teach that where we going to use all the things which we have studied and in what situation what we have to use in what sense students are just studying the books . But they don't know how they gonna apply these things in future. We have 2:30 hr paper which is of 70 marks and it contains 10 questions of 1 marks which are compulsory in section A , in section B we have 5 marks 3 questions in options and in section C we have 15 marks 3 ques . The exam paper is avg but I feel time is less because questions are lengthy

We have to find internship own . And it is compulsory for us to do 1 internship it is a subject for us of 100 marks and stipend depends on what company you have worked . College also offer internship for medical students in JLN ( jawahar lal nehru) hospital for BSC students but they don't get any stipend. I have done my internship in danik bhaskar newspaper without getting any stipend

In semester 5 the placement cell start working on students placements. For our faculty Deutsch bank came to recruit the students and they selected around 30 students only this company has come yet . The other companies will come after 1 or 2 month but every company selects students their is no company who don't select any student. The highest package is of 5 lakh per annum and the avg is 3 lakh . The college offers. Around 20-30 percent students are selected for placement My plan is get a govt job or start my own business

The yearly fees is around 40-50 thousand yearly. We have to pay fees in 3 installments the admission fees is 12,000 which is constant for every year. The tution fee is 70 percent of the total fees . We have admission fees , tution fee and examination fee. Their is no benefit for any cast like sc/ st Every faculty fees is 40-50k not more than that . This structure is for bachelor degree course. Their is scholarship for poor Christian students of the college who score high percentage but their family income is less .

There is many annual fest held in the college like fashion show in every Feb month , antakshari compitition in oct , annual English and Hindi plays after end sem exam . And many more festivals are held like Christmas functions , sophians day in aug etc. Their is a big library in our college which have over 10k books . Including subject books , other books like magazines , story books , current affairs , English newspaper, reasoning books etc. Their is a computer in every class and a projecter is there from which teachers teaches the students. And AC is also there in every classroom . Their are many intercollege compitition are also there in the college and regular classes for boxing , gym , aerobics, yoga, basketball for the intrest students in the morning which have specific fees for them also. Their are many clubs and forums are their in the college like NCC , NSS , nature club , women safety club , entrepreneurs club , good news group any student can join any group and they conduct function, programs, activity time to time . It help in developing students personality by participating in such groups

I have give CUET exam but I don't get the marks in it . My priority was in DU but I don't get the admission so I try in Sophia girls college which is in my city. This is the best college especially for girls in ajmer that's why I choose this college. I was not able to clear the exam that's why I don't get the admission their . The admission process in Sophia college is based on your 12 th marks . 3 list came according to percentage. The first list have all 80-99 percentage students in second list 60-70 percentage students are selected and in third list if the seats are left then passing marks students are selected to get the admission. It is like first come first serve process also . This is the criteria to get the admission, most of the students choose arts faculty because this college focuses it more.

All the teachers of the college are good with every faculty and help students for their query. We can directly contact by meeting with the respective faculty. Our college is famous for arts faculty. And every year 3-4 foreign students also come for study arts .And one of our arts teacher have worked with ISRO. The faculty which is I don't like is home science because their teachers only teaches them basic things also their is no regular classes also I think it is waste of money The exam paper is avg in nature. 20-30 percent students are fail in exam . The course curriculum in relevant because our college focuses on practical knowledge more than therotical knowledge

Canteen , library, public area closed at 4 pm. At this time college is closed. The gym is open in the morning only and students who choose gym and give fees for it only they can go in the gym and the timming is in the morning 8-9 am after 9 am the gym closed. I am not a hostel students but students are not allowed to go after 6 pm and for any reason they are going out from the college they have a written permission without it they are not allowed to go anywhere. The campus timming is 8 am or 9 am to 2 pm . The last is 4 pm after 4 pm the college gate closed. The famous hangout places are green shed area , garden area , canteen mostly students love these places for hangouts in college. The locality is safe because we have central jail just next to the college so it is safe in night too
