GCEC Global Foundation is a private college situated in Jaipur, Rajasthan. It is India’s first dedicated college for Entrepreneurship and Commerce studies which integrates 3 years of practical learning and an open book curriculum based on international study patterns. GCEC is affiliated with Vivekananda Global University and accredited to National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The most popular courses of the institute include BBA in 2 specializations and a 2 year MBA program in International Finance. Apart from that, the college also offers a B.Com course across 3 specializations and a Ph.D program in Entrepreneurship and Management. Selection to the courses is based on the candidate’s academic performance as well as a Case-Study Test and Personal Interview conducted by the institute.

GCEC was 7 times subscribed in 2021 and was 3 times oversubscribed in the very first year, with 100% internship placements in the very first month of college. It is the only college in the country to offer 36 months of practical training alongside graduation. GCEC Courses

GCEC offers BBA (Hons) in 2 specializations, B.Com (Hons.) in 3 specializations, an MBA program in International Finance, and a Ph.D. degree program. Details of the same are mentioned in the table below.

GCEC Scholarships

GCEC provides scholarships to the students who score 95%+ in the 12th board examination. The entrance test score is also considered. The scholarships will be applicable for the current semester and the student needs to score a minimum A grade in all the subjects during the current semester. In case of non-fulfillment of the criteria, the student will be liable to pay the granted scholarship amount along with the next semester's tuition fees.

GCEC Admission

To be eligible for admission to B.com (Hons) and BBA (Hons), students should have passed class 12 with at least 60% marks from a recognized board. The minimum eligibility for MBA is a graduate degree with a minimum of 50% marks. GCEC Admission is done through online mode. Candidates who wish to apply can submit their applications on the official website of the institute.

The selection is done through a written test and personal interview round. Applicants who will successfully qualify the eligibility criteria are called for a written test. Shortlisted candidates on the basis of their marks obtained in the exam are called for the personal interview round. The final selection is done through the overall performance of the candidate.

Lack of events & functions for students.

Admission:

I've earlier applied for Delhi university but didn't got selected there. I was rejected due to my average scores of class 12th boards. The admission process here is like any other private college. No eligibility criteria.

If we compared ourselves to any normal college, we were always smarter than others in terms of technology and practical experience.

Dislikes

Infrastructure and campus, the college has opened new campus now which means there are 2 batches studying in 2 different campuses. It does not fit well overall.

Admission:

The college emits an aura of learning and freedom. You are free to whatever you want if it means you improve your skills, enlarge your perspective or are trying to step outside of your comfort zone.
