Course Curriculum Overview

4

The curriculum is comprehensive and well-structured blending foundation concepts with advanced technologies like AI,ML, and cloud computing. Practical components, including coding labs and projects, prepare students for real-world applications and industry challenges. They also arrange Hackathons every year in the college.

Placement Experience

3

When the students clear the 6th semester the students get eligible for the placements in last year of the course. Their are many companies come to the college like Clipla, Kent, TCS, Godrej, Reliance, etc. The highest package offered is 8lacs and the average package are like 3-4lacs. Average 30% of students gets placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

My course fees is 1,00,000/- but their are scholarships available for reserved category students. For OBC category students the fees are 57,453/- For SC/ST students the fees are around 10,000/- to 15,0000/-.

Campus Life

5

Their are many programs and festival are celebrated every year in the college. The main event of the college is euforia, it goes for like 4 days in which they invite many celebrities to visit the college. They also organise some tournaments like gaming and sports tournaments in the euforia time. Many other festival are also celebrated like navratri and all.

Admission

I took this college because it was easy to me for travelling to college. I also applied to other college but the cutoff of other college were a bit high. For the admission process you have to give MHT-CET exam. And the cutoff may vary every year but most of the time it is approx 60%ile to 65%ile.

Faculty

4

Most of them are very experienced like about 10-15 yrs of experience, their teaching is good. The exam system is sem wise, each sem their are 2 Unit test, 1 prelim test, after that their will be viva for main exam and then the main exam. The main exam takes place every year in Nov/Dec and in May.

Night Life

4

There is a gym in the college but it is not accessible to students. The library has various types of books available, the library has created a learning environment by establishing online public access catalogue searching area, digital library for accessing e-resources, laptop zone with wifi facility and specialize areas like discussion rooms. I don't know about hostel of the college The locality of the college is on the outskirts of the city so it is not very safe at night.

so as my branch is civil i find the curriculam extreamly relevent . it definetely perepares for real life problems because grinding students here at campus is really a culture. i dont think anything need to be improvd as such so obviously th eintiall exams are easy and as we proceed in semester the difficulty increases .

Course Curriculum Overview:

Relevance & Decision Factors I would rate the curriculum an 8.5/10 for its contemporary relevance. FFCS System: A major factor for many students is the Fully Flexible Credit System. It allows you to tailor your curriculum—for instance, a Mechanical Engineering student can take minor credits in "Prompt Engineering" or "Financial Analytics" to stay competitive in the tech-driven job market. Industry Focus: The curriculum is updated frequently. In 2026, there is a clear emphasis on Holistic Learning, where elective courses are structured to help you specialize in niche domains like Bioinformatics, Information Security, or Machine Learning. Application-Oriented: The "J-Component" (Project Component) integrated into most core subjects ensures that you don't just learn theory; you must build a prototype, code an application, or conduct a researc

Course Curriculum Overview:

As this college is under mumbai university so this college cannot modify syallbus in their own the have to strictly follow the university prescribe syallbus, academic timelines, rules and norms of the mumbai university. I have taken the admission in this college in the year 2024 from this year the NEP-2020 was adopted by the every indian universities and instituites. Since NEP-2020 was adopted also by mumbai university some new subjects are added to the syallabus that are oriented to financial literacy,Entreprenuianl, indian laws related subjects the syallubus of this subject is very good to see in the syallabus pdf. But the ground reality is different this subject is not given much importance by faculties the are treated as not much important subject as their are not related to our course as a result the students also take these subjects lightly. Also the professors appointed for this subjects are not much good they appoint the faculties who are recent graduates of their college who are working now as a professor in the same college. The college treat this subject lectures as an practice for the fresh faculties to gain experience of how to teach students. The core subject syallbus is same not changed the mumbai university has just changed the name of the subject. The college professors just teach the subject but they do not teach in that way that it makes us ready for real world problems. And also in the first year all the subjects are common for all the branches of the engineering which consist of subject like physics, chemistry, mechanics,Basic electrical Electronics,Engineering Graphics. It is my opinion why should an student who is studying an course called Computer Engineering so why should i read the subjects of the other branches like civil, mechanical, electrical and electronics in my first year instead of my domain subjects for whole two semester and the timespan of almost an year
