Likes

Firstly i like campus, labs and all well maintained
Secondly they conducted online classes for science students, teaching way is very nice.
This college is best fir who are not coming to classes for regularly becouse of their own problems and we can search fucure in our dream company.

Dislikes

In group or personaly faculty are not respond properly, in exam time it will very effected to students
In college campus they should maintain cleaning in washeroom
In some centers exept mysore center they should maintain strictness in exam hall

Course Curriculum Overview

I joined in KSOU becouse before joining the course i joined for job, after that i joined ksou it helps to get job in pharma company Washoroom they should improve and we need good responce form the teachers, exams times are morning session and afternoon session.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 14000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

According to me fees is worthy, i paid neary 18000 per year, it includes all feeses like exam fees, lab fees, and campus fees ext.. And coming to scholarship i didn't apply for that becouse of misguided from my friend,we had so many scholarship chanses but we didn't apply,if in case we applied for scholarship we coulde get nearly 17000 per year. Fees and all same for our friends also.

Campus Life

Too much i don't know because of KSOU is a corresponding college but yearly some activities will be there. In library so many books are there, they also provided text books it help us lot.some students also euns social groups.

Admission

I choosed this college becouse of i couldn't attend regular classes becouse of financial problem in home that's why i joined for job after that i joined for Msc in KSOU, it helps to get job in pharma company for admission process also very easy we acn get admission through online also or offline also, KSOU giving life to students.

Faculty

1.In my batch total 140 member including students and faculty, students and faculty relationship is very nice they like freindywith us 2. I like one sir his teaching method is awesome but i don't remember his name 3. HOD sir little bit i don't like becouse of only one reason he dint respond correctly in group it is very effected in theexam time. 4 per year total 2 sem for us totally 4 sems for M. Sc we studied well so exams are very easy

Night Life

Firstly i mentioned i like campus it is so many hectares campus, but cafeteria is not much like to us, but hostel is very good who are cominv from the long distance and village, from college side they are giving good hostel.

My Experience: The good and the Bad

Course Curriculum Overview:

I liked this biotechnology course in degree(Bsc) and i wanted to continue this course with higher studies. Hence this university is reputed one in Karnataka.. i choose this one and I got the seat and I am very happy for this. The teaching methods are really good but it depends on particular lecturers, how they teach .. For main sem exam the time was around 3 hours for 70 marks and it was moderate and can be manageable

In our department , 2 to 3 students are getting palcements. after i completed my degree , i want to research so i admitted in phd programmes.

BU needs more Improvement

Placement Experience:

After 3rd sem, we are eligible for campus placements. There'll be job drive for around 1 week where we get to attend. Commerce students get more opportunities rather than Botany students but nevertheless we get to work in medical feilds depending on interviews

I got my admission confirmed in online manipal university. Mainly my parents denied due to its fee structure. I choose ksou because it was cost effective and it is convenient. "KSOU: A Flexible and Independent Learning Experience"

* I didn't apply other colleges because I was looking for only distance education i didn't find other option which is near my location. I choose KSOU because it offered flexibelity with distance learning. Which allowed me to study at my own place. Other colleges had rigid schedules and higher fees than KSOU. * No I didn't get any rejection because I haven't applied other university or college. * Admission Process : Ksou admission process was smooth and simple, no complicated proceedures. Just go to the nearest KSOU regenal study center and they will help u regarding the same. *Eligiblity : KSOU requires a graduate degree for PG courses, and no entrance exams are needed for most courses. * Exams and cutoffs : There are no entance exams for most courses abd the cutoff is not struci.
