Course Curriculum Overview

My course is Electrical engineering in gec surat but curriculum is very bad you did not get technical knowledge from the college only know who you just pass the sem .gec surat me remidal exam cheating hoti hai

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 1500 per year

Placement Experience

In Government college placement is very bad in my college is worst average salary is 150000 per annum ratio out of 100 students almost 15 students is very bad unemployment rate is almost 80% and intake is almost 150 students

Fees and Financial Aid

For 1 sem total charges (like exam fee enrollment fee ) 5000 Sem 2 830? For first year you have to pay almost 6000rs per year All types of scholarship is available in college for you apply Hostel fee per year 3500

Campus Life

My college experience is very bad because college is government you know about SBI delay work in my college one library and one canteen and one stationary is almost the rate of double and sport program is not organised

Admission

For the nearest distance from the my home and fee but today I regret why I chose this gec college I got first college is vgec is the best college of Gujarat but vgec is in Ahmedabad so I decided to change my college

Faculty

In mid sem 12/30. 12 min marks are the passing marks End sem 23/70. 23 min marks are the passing marks Test and viva structure of gec surat is very bad professer do not it seriously they just treat viva is like job

Night Life

College hostel time is 10 pm For giri hostel time is 9 pm No mess in the college only one canteen in the college for college students and hostel students no jym in the college and no a single sports club

The Average collage life

Placement Experience:

this is tier 3 collage of surat so don't expect higer placements and big mnc come for the placements, in my placements they commited over 25+ local companies come from surat but actually only 15 has come and only 20 students got placement accross over 200 students(computer + IT). and the average placement is 2.5 lakh oper year. and most of the companies are red flag because they want students to sign 1-2 year bond with very low salary. then lets about training for placement, its ZERO big ZERO they dont provided the placement training, i have seen 90 students from 120 gets failed in apptitude round. they have not provided training for cracking the coding interview only those students are placed who have done preparation by it self even 9+ CGPA students didn't get placement.

VGEC as EMERGENT for SOFT-TECH

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is actually pretty nice . Subjects are tought according to the needs but the problem is about they do not update course according to the needs like `right now everyone should know how to use AI tools well , these small thing should also include in it. Apart from technical subjects they also have communication , ethics , personality developemt as a subject too but with less credits.

Gati Shakti Vishwavidhyalaya: A true blend of speed and power of knowledge

Placement Experience:

Placement is there and around 92-95% students get placed every year which is quite good in current economy. Highest package offered was 12LPA which is decent for aa college openend less than a decade ago. Average package is around 6LPA to 7LPA. There is no restrictions in semester in which a student can apply for placement but usually 3rd and 4th year students are the one applying. My plan after degree is higher studies in colleges like Monash etc

Placement Experience:

9sem are eligible for campus placement Not any great placements are their in college Highest placement was 64lpa and average is 5 lpa 80 %student are placed. Currently I don't have any plans but I will think off it soon

IITRAM from my eyes!!

Placement Experience:

Even though it's a short span but still over 100+ tie-ups have been made and when youbhave those many companies and such a small crowd placements are close to 100%. Such well organized and are done timely and therefore by the end of penultimate semester all the students are placed at IITRAM.

Underrated Gem IITRAM

Placement Experience:

From fourth year you will be eligible for placements. Adani and tcs are top recruiters they offered around 5 to 7 students. Highest package is around 11 to 12 lakhs and average is around 6 to 7 lkhs per annum . Around 60 to 70 percent students are placed in clg . My plans after graduation for doing masters.

I have applied to Ghandhy College and SSASIT College and I have got a confirmed admission from both colleges but I preferred and selected Ghandhy College over SSASIT College because Ghandhy College is government college and I have to study in government college. You can enter these course by giving 10th exam and after 12th also and the cutoffs for IT department are only high.In admission process you require documents like Aadhar Card,LC certificate,Caste Certificate,10th Marksheet,etc...Read More

.Challenges faced by students.

As in other private colleges fees are much higher like upto 6-10 lakhs for 4 years of btech course and in this college it is just only 20000 thousands for four year that's why i had choosen this college Also good colleges in other district to study we requires college fees with also hostel fees which i can't afford so i had choosen this college As my college is government college it requires a good merit rank and cutoffs, as my rank is about 12634 in overall Gujarat so i got admission in this college in general cast....Read More
