- the computer engineering branch is starting from first time in my college so we don't have our particular computer department building.

Course Curriculum Overview
as per as we consider the text book knowledge is not the real world knowledge and thai is 100% truth. so in the case senario the clooege helped a lot took initiatives for students to arrange industrial visit, to thermal power plant,and any other's it company, invited some speakers and also FREE 15 DAYS TRAINING at international center of automobile sector .and also provide best experience about coading club.
Internships Opportunities
Our college provide best internship opportunities, and placement may be the placement ratio is 80%of my clg . Many best companies are coming in our college for take interview and select the students. For every student, without studying and skills, any higher College is also don't provide the jobs. So always remember, practice makes a man perfect.
Fees and Financial Aid
Government engineering college, Palanpur had a fees structure same as other government college means government engineering college of gujarat . it ranged from Rs. 1500 to Rs. 6000 per year which is depend on perticular semester. the fees were to be paid on a semester wise, and my college also provide some scholarship facilities in every semester .
Campus Life
Campus Life at government engineering College, Palanpur is amazing. There are clubs like coading club, mechanical engineering students association, GECPL Sports team, NCC Cadets are also trained in the college and social activities by prof. Dr. K.B.JUDAL sir . Is also invited to make students aware about literature , art and english language too. The technical facilities and class rooms are not upto the mark as compared to private institutions but much much acceptable in terms of the condition and working in a better way. Sports activities are also carried out, and social activities like helping blind students association a writer's, etc activities are also managed by students groups. And my college organized prexis in every year .
Hostel Facilities
Hostel provide us one room between two students, this system is applied in both boys and girls hostel . In one room we have 2 beds, two study tables and to chairs. And two locker. Hostel has a strict timings and if anyone is out of hostel one has to return by 6:15 pm anyhow or they may call parents/ guidance of students coming late .
Admission
Government engineering College Palanpur is the best college in banaskantha decision. It' s rank 1st in banaskantha devision as a government college. First rank is of L D. College of engineering. Every student studying in STD.12th or Diploma engineering in Gujarat once have a dream to get addmission in L D. College of engineering. but as the merit goes high . So I selected GECPL . and this college is very near to my native place.
Faculty
the well qualified faculities are teaching in each and every department of college. the teacher holding phD, masters of iiTs and NITs are guiding the students a lot and igniting the spark of knowledge in students life. thye principal sir of my college is very best teachers.
Night Life
I stayed in hostel so I enjoyed night life with my hostel friends. In the hostel we celebrate 31 December, freshers party, birthday party celebration, watching movie, talk with friends over night , . Almost student don't like the hostel mess food so we make meggi at 12 or 1 Am . We enjoy our hostel Life in amazing way and make unstoppable memories.
