Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course cirriculum is relevant to other colleges aswell as I have talked with them and they have told me the college is doing excellent with their course to make better of students. The curriculum prepares you on the real world aspect of things as the coding and programming part is relevant with real life things. The exams are held every other month and the difficulty seems moderate.

Internships Opportunities

3

There are occasional internship drives by companies such as Infosys, etc. There are different roles given and also major and minor projects based on the roles to complete and submit before the deadline.

Placement Experience

4

As I'm currently in First Year SEM-1, I don't know much about the campus placements but a lot of companies surely come for placements and the selection ratio of students is pretty decent as from what I've heard from seniors.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees per semester is 1,60,000 INR, which makes the total as 2,80,000 INR for First Year and then it gradually increases. You can also get a deduction of 20,000 INR if you score over 90 percentile in JEE Mains. There is also facility of financial aid for economically weaker students.

Campus Life

4

Social life is great, there are clubs for every niche. There are also events and festivals held by these clubs almost every other week. There are also a lot of books and journals available across 3 libraries in the campus. The classes are equiped with Smartboards and Projectors for the modern learning experience. There are also a lot of sports being played across the university and there are matches between different colleges every other week aswell.

Hostel Facilities

3

The room is provided with enough facilties for a student to live and study. The room also had important things like geyser, a cupboard to store things, etc. The mess had decent quality and the menu had a wide variety and had a lot of options. The Hostel registrations happen during the admission process and it is around 1,60,000 INR for one year as hostel fees. The hostel is a 5 minute walk from the college main gate.

Admission

I chose this college over other colleges as this was the most near to me and it had a great campus. I applied to MIT-WPU, Symbiosis and DY Patil and got selected for admission in all of them but i chose this college as many of the reviews said it was better than all those other colleges. During the admission process i had to give an exam and an english proficiency test.

Faculty

3

The faculty to student ratio is decent there is a seperate faculty of almost every class so they can give students time, Students can also go upto the faculty and ask them for doubts, etc. I personally liked Mr. Sagar Godse and Mr. Umesh Nanavare. The faculties i did not like as much are Prof. Vaishali Kamble, as they are rude and always ready to scold everyone. The exams are there almost every other month and the difficulty of questions is on par with the questions in class.

Night Life

3

The nightlife is decent aswell, There is a gymnasium in the campus, There are also 2 different cafeterias in the campus, The library is open until 9:00 PM, The campus is open to roam until 9:30 PM and that's also the time when the college gates close and also the time for final reporting of hostellers.

7th semester or 4th year makes you eligible for internships and placements. NVIDIA visits our college often i don't know much about the placements as im only in first year but yes the eligibility for the placement is over CGPA which eliminates a lot of students during the placements nearly ~75% of the students get placed (including off and in campus) the other 20% pursue higher studies the other 5% go for start ups

Campus placement has good rate. Most of the students passing out get in-campus placements and some of them go abroad for higher education. The average package here is around 700000 to 800000. Very much reliable in placement perspective.
