Course Curriculum Overview

5

I was muchh interested in computers i would always love to use laptops to work but theoretically I love the geography I was interested towards this. This course offered me both. It's a technical course we degitize and work geographical and spatial data. They prepare very well. Labs we do are highly suits for the real world . Collecting data or drone mapping everything is on ground as well as online. Nothing like everything is just perfect. Nothing like that they planned in a quite good way. They conduct internals they make us prepare for exams

Fees and Financial Aid

I Have Been paid 60000rs per year. For SC ST it's jst 400rs according to the department they choose. Later on they have to pay by their scholarship. They wouldn't be classified like this. But total fees is 60000rs if it's government seat. If u wanna go by payment seat u wanna pay 120000rs. It's same for everyone. Fees varies on the course we choose . For our Geographic Information Science course we will pay 60000rs. We receive only State Scholarship.

Campus Life

5

Our is a technical course. We are friendly to the environment. Being in dept of geography we organize every environmental related days. We provide information about how to conserve environment. Classrooms highly good . We have good dusks and comfortable chairs . Highly qualified faculty and computers with internet connection. They organize webinars and international conference.Doesn't encourage sports much . No everyone are busy in studying.

Admission

I have been applied for Bangalore City University in Bangalore for Masters in computer science. As I said I'm interested in geography and computer science I got the seat in one of the top university hence I joined their. I have wrote PGCET got the less score due to lack of preparation. Our university has spread over more than 200 acres there is different rules for different departments. We have reserved seats for SC ST , disabled persons and sports persons. Mostly they prefer PGCET for MBA and MCA courses.

Faculty

5

Our course is a self study course which has in limited colleges or universities. Hence we are less number of students jst 40 and we have nearly 12 teachers. They teach good they present the ppts and explain. On time classes are commenced . Class start from morning 10 am and ends at evng 5pm. They tell about the jobs and internships. I Like everyone who teaches us. They teach very well they are muchh interested towards their passion of teaching. I Like everyone. Exams are easy because they teach very well. There is no way of failing. The percentage of fail is very low.

Night Life

5

It's a best university which provides all the facilities. We have everything in a campus. We have gym , with clean locker and high facilities. We have the best library . It's maintained in a very good and hygiene way. It will be opened till night 8pm . We have private library option so that they can Stayy whole night. Hostel are the best part the university. They are well maintained. Food is too gud. There is no water and electricity problem. It is not safe to around in the university at night. As I already mentioned it's more than 200 acre it's wisely looks like an forest area. But the nights with in the university roads in a winter and rainy season are the best??

Other Applied Colleges

Course Curriculum Overview:

Food and nutrition articles in newspaper made me to take this course. As it had full scope in that time. Actually curriculum is very poor in preparing us for real world application. Practical session must include more of industrial visits and projects related to industry. We had enough time to study .

I liked this biotechnology course in degree(Bsc) and i wanted to continue this course with higher studies. Hence this university is reputed one in Karnataka.. i choose this one and I got the seat and I am very happy for this. The teaching methods are really good but it depends on particular lecturers, how they teach .. For main sem exam the time was around 3 hours for 70 marks and it was moderate and can be manageable

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is fairly distributed among the 2 years. The first year broadly covers the course work, and learning of the laboratory techniques. Followed by a mini project and a major project under a professor of interest. Stem cell biology always intrigued me and this course offered exactly what I want. The curriculum focuses on training students very rigorously to make them fit for harsh conditions and situations in the real research world.
