My good and so so experiences with my college

Course curriculum was good. It's actually a nice course but we didn't get nice staff who can help us better in understanding the topics. Computer lab and subjects related were also good. We have a chance to learn c, c++, R , Python etc

I paid 50 thousand per semister and for 4 semisters from 2010 to 2012 . I paid 200000 And my hostel fee is around 60 k per annum . And the total is around 1,20,000. Along with the above expenses we don't have any other expenses. Education was average. Faculty was just those who were passed out from the same college, came to teach us. Getting a good teacher is only if you are lucky. We had one good one. Who thought us a way better than what generally others use to tech

Yes there was a student magazine. Which my hostel room mate was on of the publication member. Now at present she is writing content for many blogs. This was one of the experience that I saw some one whos college experience helped in designing her career

Admission process actually was online application process which we were not aware of and we approached through a senior student who took money from us telling that it was the donation for the course. But actually for science and technology courses seats are free and always available

There were a total of 4 semisters. 6 to 9 exam's for each semester. I have attended a total of 24 exams and some 8 lab exams. Exams were not so easy, paper was set by madras University as srm arts and science Is affliated to madras University

Yes I did attend college interview in our campus selection. I have attended interview conducted by wipro company and hmc company which I couldn't make. Both the interview one I failed in group discussion and other I failed in personal interview. I was so nervous and didn't do well so I was out. But my friend cracked wipro interview but she didn't take it as it asked for 5 years bond. Ie two years training and three years working

Inside our favourite place is college library building though we were not allowed as it was for mba and engeneering students. That building and cafeteria next to it was really great. Food court near ladies hostel with affordable food was also good
