Course Curriculum Overview

I opted for bsc in medical field.I always had interest in medical line,i found botany and zoology much interesting than physics or chemistry. Botany according to me, is relatable and understanding same for zoology.

Class Size: 300Course Fees: INR 45000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Hello, myself shaleen, student fo cluster university jammu (batch 2021).I paid approximately 45000 for all 6 sems.There are scholarship plans in college for pahadi students,sc/st etc.The college is beautiful with two canteens and 5 parks.

Campus Life

There were many cultural activities in my college such as freshers, farewell, black day etc. Festivals like diwali, holi, navaratri were also celebrated in my college and all type of students participated in these events

Admission

I choose this college over the others because it was near to my town and my father also studied in this college so he advised me to take admission in this college.No,i didn't failed in any other college exam.

Faculty

The faculty ratio is 1:50 and yes, there is good relationship between faculty members and students. Faculty members are very cooperative and understanding,they listen to the students and help them.The exams are quite difficult.

Night Life

There were two cafeterias in my college and 2 libraries and 2 parkings. Boys hostel was inside the campus and it's timing was 8 pm last. Famous hangout places outside my college were pizza hut, kulad pizza etc.

Overall a good University with below average placements.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placemnt after third year. total 8 companies from local Food and beverage companies and agriculture related companie came for campus placements. Most of the student didnt take offers from the companies because none of the companies were offering more than 15k to 18k per month I also didnt take the placement offer for the same reason and now i am thinking for further studies from somewhere that have good placements Out of 23 students who were eligible for placements only 3 accepted the offer.

I want to do pursue the BSc in zoology because I liked the like that however is the additional additional subjects that are given with the zoology under the new education policy are not good at all I struggle for the most part of my education like with my Hindi subject I didn't want to learn Hindi but I had to because it was an obligatory subject to pursue. GOVT M.A.M COLLEGE,JAMMU : A Success path to life

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose science-non medical subjects being MATHS, GEOGRAPHY, and GEOLOGY. Reasons are my interest and love for these subjects. Class students and teachers ratio is good: 40-1. Teachers' qualifications are also good: MSc, Ph.D., NET qualified. Our exams were semester-wise [once in six months]. it was easy to pass if you just study normal and attend classes.
