I was fond of geology this was the reason i took the subject, Dr hari singh gaur is one of the top institutions for geology in the country The gap betweenn the mid and end semester exams depends like sometimes it was 1 month and sometimes it was just 10 days.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fee was 900 Lab fee was 500 Library fee was 150 Registration fee was 150 Medical fee was 125 IT fee was 100 Sports fee was 100 Total fee was 2180 per sester, there were 6 semesters. Exam fee was 700 per semester

Campus Life

Annually there is a festival called Hari singh gaur jayanti, during this festival there are a lot of social activities in the campus There are many celebs who come during this time Last year there were celebs like ashutosh rana and mukesh tiwaari. The library is huge in terms of size and number of books Also there is now a new library means now there are two libraries in the campus.

Admission

I was fond of the subject geology, as only few university offer the course i had only applied for this university. The admissions in the university back then were conducted by the university itself through an entance exam, but now they have moved up things as now the admissions are through CUET exam

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio was around 1:10 there was one faculty member for around 10 students. There were a total of 2 exams per semester, one wad mid-sem and another one was end-sem, some exams were difficult and some were really easy, around 10 percent student got backlog in every semester.

Night Life

The campus includes Indian Coffee House, the college doesnt really have a canteen so students have to manage, the campus is really big and there are a lot of people during night time there is adequate street light facility and its safe for both boys and girls.

I don't think so they had that because they majorly focus on totally academic work not on the real life. And I choose my codes because I love to matha. And the frequency in the timing of the exam along with my perspective is a bit of difficult.

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college is D Decent . Students generally become eligible for campus placements from final year.several companies have visited the campus each year with average package of 3 lakhs per year and highest package goes upto 8 lakhs per year.Gaining extra skills in your respective fields through certifications will be helpful for off campus placements.
