Entrance Preview

GATE 2008 - All India Rank - 342. I opted for IIT Bombay as it is the best in the country and I opted M.Tech in Energy Systems as it is a booming field.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is mixed with Class room lectures with Course projects and M.Tech project which enhances one's insight thinking. It not only helps our analytical skills but also enhances our character to stand bold against challenges.

Internships Opportunities

I used to get monthly Rs 8000 as an M.Tech stipend and they call it a Teaching Assistant (TA). For that, we need to work for 10 hours per week under the assigned professor.

Placement Experience

As my College is the country's best in the aspect of placements, almost everyone used to get a job in campus selections. Similarly, I also got placed in an MNC with an attractive pay package.

College Events

In our college, annual tech festival i.e. Techfest and cultural festival i.e. Mood Indigo will be celebrated. Our cultural festival is Asia's largest cultural festival.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is very kind enough because total expenses for our study are only half of the stipend money we get and hence we did not face any problem financially to pay our fees. For both years, it used to cost 1 lakh including accommodation, tuition, and mess fees.

Fees and Financial Aid

As soon as I got admission to our college, SBI Powai branch people approached me and offered me an educational loan for all my M.Tech expenses which I repaid after joining the job.

Campus Life

We used to have all sorts of cultural festivals, sports events, recreational activities like yoga, meditation, salsa dance, dance programs, gymnasium, etc. Each and every event is so exciting and interesting.

Hostel Facilities

My room is C-722 in Hostel -12. Everyone gets an individual room with a nice ambience and free Unlimited Internet. Food is very hygenic.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Only alumni part is not so good in our college. No one is personally contacting the alumni group so that we all can share our past experiences and also can give guidance to our juniors.

Exam Structure

Our exam structure is very versatile with open book examinations, course projects, and seminars unlike conventional paper written examination structures.

Faculty

The faculty of our college is the best in the country (technically) and also so friendly. They used to motivate us a lot and they are also kind enough to do social service.

Placement Experience:

Explain this in chronological order first any person need to complete degree with at least 50% above then only they will be able to sit in the placement. Placement rates are high if you have in depth knowledge about your study. Most of the times company visit Amazon and take Mahindra highest packages 1.5 lakh to 4 lakh. now after getting the degree my goal are to get job any company in Stastitical Department.
