If u are consudering college for Science stream in jammu,just give this college a shot.U won't be disappointed There is a saying that G.G.M science college (Gandhi Memorial Science college) is oldest in Jammu.Built by Prince of wales.u can get an idea how old is is witha history deep rooted in its students

It was exhaustive but lengthy.U had to attend practical of 3hr each every single day pf the week except Sunday. There were Pre-assessment test-2 overall.and half yearly and annual exams.Practical are conducted in college.internal as well as external

Well I got no placent and Yes college do provide placements.There is a placement cell in our college which monitors these activities and informs studenylts whenever a company comes to recruit from the non medical side.

Annual day's function.Independence day.Republic day and Sports fest.Cultural fest every year with zeal. There will be singing competitions,Dance competitions.Storywriting. Plays and everything. Overall nice structure and Events are a regular occurence here

Well not expensive at al.For 1st Year,Bsc zoology ,its just one time 5600.After that no Monthly fees. So as long as you are in my college,Money is not going to be an issue.There is a hostel facilty available too

SC candidates and students from poor backgrpund are offered Scholarships.Also one who aces the exams are given a separate scholarshop to find their education further. If u are an SC candidate or belong to a poor background.U are ina luck as college even provide u with Free books as well as free education throughout the course. U just need to submit Income certificate

Sports are organised and State and national level players are given special leaves.so that they are not pressurised for attendence. Labs are equipped fully.U don't have to be lost in there as u'll find everything ur manual tells u to have. Cricket.hockey.Badminton.Football given preference.Tjere is a huge cricket and football ground in our college

Well Alumni are so supportive.They won't badger u for a mistake.Rather they will Lecture u with all the positives u can gain. Senior students are respectful and bullying is not something i ever witnessed in my college personally speaking

I completedy 12th with 78% so that made me eligible to be selected in the merit list for the stream i chose.i.e Zoology. Admission process is simple and nothing fancy.Percentage criterion is followed

Faculty was very supportive though u have to follow each and every rule.They areasters in what they teach.Especially the Zoology teachers. Overall Faculty is highly knowledgeable and won't Burden u with something u are not supposed to learn
