One of the reason I chose this course was it focus on today trend of industrial standard.And the course curriculum also included the practical lab sessions, and project based learning and also give the opportunities to internship. And you can also select you intrested domain as electives starting from 2nd year. The curriculum does a good job in preparing me for real world applications ,particularly the lab sessions and projects helped me in gaining more knowledge to solve practical problems. There are areas where the curriculum should be more aligned with real world requirements. For example the fundamentals are covered well.there is some centent feels outdated. The teaching methods also should be update like using more practical way of teaching in classes. Exams are conducted twice a semester including midsem and endsem exams and quizzes also conducted twice a semester.The difficulty level will increase starting from 2nd year as there will me more core related subjects and more courses in a semester so exams will be more and you will get less time to prepare....Read More

I came in through jossa councelling first I didn't chose this collage but IIIT Guwahati because for my rank of jee mains I will get that easily and also that campus is presented in IIT Guwahati so I veryuch likely applying for that but then I heard about my present collage which is having very high placements as compared to IIIT Guwahati and the placement packages of 40 lpa for 40 students and so I decide to join this campus. So In the josaa councelling I changed the order and put Iiitdm Jabalpur,Ece as first choice and then next IIIT Guwahati,Ece.But for first 5 round of councelling I didn'tget this collage but then I 6th final round I got seat in IIITDM Jabalpur. The admission process to get seat in this collage is through josaa councelling through jee mains marks. The eligibility for this collage is based on jee mains rank. For CSE :7,000-13,707 For ECE:14,000-20,861 For ME: 33990-42704 For SM: 39419-46924 The above is the range of ranks eligible for getting seat in this collage in 2022 for general category.
