I liked my college campus , infrastructure

Dislikes

I live in dharwad so I have to travel for 1 hour to reach college
My most of time gets wasted in travelling so this is a disadvantage for me
My college campus is so big so I have to walk a lot

Course Curriculum Overview

I was interested in robots so I opted for this course. The curriculum is good enough which is so useful for us to get a job easily. Some teachers can improvise in teaching. Minor exams are for 90mins and ESA exam is for 3hrs

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 89214 per year

Internships Opportunities

INFOSYS , TCS, Tata electronics are some companies which I know has given internship opportunities to us. We have designed the model of a industrial machine which was offered by a industry . We have already started getting certificates for our work

Placement Experience

From 8th sem we can get chance for campus placements. INFOSYS , TCS , WIPRO are the companies visited our college and offers made were 25lpa and the average package is 800000lpa. 80% of students are having chances of getting placed

Fees and Financial Aid

At first my fees was 96000/- now my current fees is 89214/-. We included the tuition fees and curricular activity fees as well. My some friends live in hostel so that have some different fees structure

Campus Life

We had engineering exploration exhibition and DTSI exhibition and cultural odessessy. We have large access to books in our college. We have smart board in class. We have rpl in our college which is related to sports

Admission

I had applied for SDM college of engineering for computer science. I couldn't get seat there because of high competition. We can get admission in our colloge through kcet, commedk and through management.

Faculty

Some faculties are approachable enough and some faculties are not so approachable. I liked Shilpa mam because she explains the concept in excellent way. There are 2 minor exams and 1 ESA exam. Students can pass easily in exams

Night Life

I am a localite and I had went to gym for 2-3 months. I have college from 8 to 4:30 max . I have visited to tolankere , iskon temple and Cinepolis with my friends to watch a movie which was fun indeed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

i would rate 3/5 because we want more systems to do our work as well as labs too,the main thing is we dont have that faculty compare to other department their are only 4 faculty,so they can't even able to take extra class for us ,so this is the main problem in our deparment

Good for you if you want a degree and want self learn

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are no such specific of the curriculum that influenceed me to take these course instead i was interested or kneen to this course., since my childhood I wanted do this course. It's good in terms of virtual world but not for real world. Everywhere there's a need of improvement no practical knowledge is present here no one talks about new ideas not even they think about even some of them came because it costed them low. No such specific difficulty.

The students from the last year that is seventh semester are allowed to attend the placement given on campus. There are not so many campus placement available. Many companies such as tcs, wipro and other companies basically giving less salary compared to other colleges. There are many few students who got placed in the companies through campus placement hence it cannot be trusted completely. My plans after getting a degree is to get a job or even higher studies of possible. The average students getting placed are very low.
