Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum and syllabus is with the updated guidelines of N?P. The college follows the national education policy with respect to the theory and practical classes duration, time for lectures, amd exam weightage. The course is well designed and includes different subject options as their major and minor subjects. Every semester the subjects are changed and improved. Various subjects in medical biotechnology course includes( overall in total 6 semesters) : Microbiology, virology, immunology, immunohistochemisty, good laboratory practices General pathophysiology, Clinical biochemistry, molecular diagnosis, cancer biology, general biochemistry, pharmacology, pharmaceutical management, genetics , biotechnology, plant biotechnology and many other subjects can be chosen as major and minor. Foreign language is compulsory for the entire university. Students can choose 1 from 17 foreign languages as a part of their course. The university gives certificate also for the same.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure is fair enough and affordable for many students. The fee is 75000 per semester and is increased by 5% every next semester. Amity university doesn't provide category benefits scholarships like SC STs OBCs. Fee for every student is same as it is a private and renound university. 20,000rs is taken as security amount and is returned on the time of completion of the course. I am doing BSc medical biotechnology it is a 3 year course with 6 semesters. Tuition fee consists of 60-70% weightage and is approximately 45000-52500, developmental charges cover 10-15% weightage and is approximately 7500-11250, Examination fees is 5-10% around 3750-7500, library and laboratory fees consist of 5-10% approximately 3750-7500 and other miscellaneous fees which includes the extracurricular activities, student welfare, sports, medical health, IT department etc. approximately 5-10% around 3750-7500. Registration fees is 5000 and admission fees is 20000. Scholarships Can be availed on the basis of merit cpga top rankers.

Campus Life

Amity provides a lot of fun activities for entertainment and recreational benefits. Their are various society and groups, the students can join them and participate in the events and more. The university keeps hosting many events like youth fest, culture fest, tribe fest which includes a lot of games, food stalls, shopping,etc. Societies and culture groups like dance, music, sports and games indoor and outdoor are their.

Admission

The admission process is on the basis of merit scores in the 10th amd 12th class percentage and marks. Usually it is easier to get into amity university as it is a big university with a lot of courses and opportunities for growth and advancement. The admission is direct on the merit scores of 10-12th and bachelors courses.

Faculty

The faculty amd all the teachers amd assistant professors at amity are highly qualified and experienced teachers. All are PhD doctorate degree holders. Even the foreign business language courses faculties of French Spanish German etc are phD holders, all are doctors with high qualifications and experience. Teachers and all the faculty are very supportive. They in courage students in writing research papers and helps amd guides for the same.

Night Life

Amity is quite safe place to roam around in night as there are many guards guarding the university. There are total 6 gates, from which the entry and exit of outsiders is strictly prohibited. And no one without registered face recognition authentication can enter the university. It is very strict and tight scene.

Entrance Preview:

This college is based on Merit list. Thats why we didn't need to qualify any type entrance for getting Admission. At my admission time the cut off of b.sc was 73%.
