Course Curriculum Overview

4

Well it has a great diversity and computer science is always booming in any university and that's the reason I choose cse ,they also have industrial training and stuff Most of the things are digitalized but still in few areas it is still manual so that's the reason and exams are quite easy sometimes and very difficult the next moment it just depends on your capacity to study

Fees and Financial Aid

Well they provide scholarship for some percentile based on your 10th and 12th marks but it doesn't make a huge difference untill you scored more then 95% in both 10 and 12 class to only pay 50% of fee and the other is scholarship. Generally it would cost you around 3.5lakh per year and 73k for like 3 sharing washroom (including food) there is also a early bird offer where pay 2 nd year fees in early to get a straight 70000 discount .hostel deposit fee is 20k

Campus Life

5

Great ambiance and great campus life,we have plenty of campus festivals like in January we have euphoria and a festival celebration every single month so we have events throughout the year and in technical

Hostel Facilities

5

Well we have 4 different types of hostels one sharing, two sharing, three sharing and common washrooms one . They have 24/7 hot water and electricity . Well the food is really hygienic and clean ,the taste is pretty alright according to me and you register for hostel during your boarding process

Admission

Specific programs or specialization that is not available in other universities ,it has strong faculty and research opportunities, great diversity, extra curricular activities ,good teacher to student ratio.i got selected in dayanand sagar but there were some rumours that stopped me from joining there .and for admission you just need to write there entrance exam or enter through kcet and the cut offs are pretty decent

Faculty

4

Promotes close interaction between professors and students. Easier access to personalized mentorship and guidance. Faculty can dedicate more time to individual students. Faculty may have limited time for one-on-one engagement. Relationships can feel less personal due to larger class sizes. Faculty-Student Relationship Positive Relationships Strong rapport enhances learning and builds trust. Faculty can serve as mentors for academic, career, and personal growth. In larger institutions, faculty may seem distant due to time constraints. Over-reliance on teaching assistants may limit direct interaction. Approachability of Faculty Approachable Faculty Open office hours, emails, and willingness to meet outside of class. Active participation in student events or discussions. Encouragement of questions and collaborative learning. Less Approachable Faculty Overloaded schedules or lack of interest in engaging with students. Communication barriers can make students hesitant to seek help.

Night Life

5

Campus gym is available from 6 am to 10 pm it is equipped with modern fitness machines but its kinda small and it's always packed .We have total 4 cafeterias in our campus and as for hostel timings you need to do biometrics before night 9 30 or they would contact to your guardians number

Placement is good, every student who tries to get placement will surely be placed in campus placements, but off campus would be difficult as this cllg is a tier-3 cllg, so many companies reject in resume shortlisting. Maximum every CSE student will get placed but max of them would get placed at an offer of 3.5 or 4.5lpa

I would say academic wise. There is nothing much happening right now in first year, but then there are many events like hackathons happening where and we can participate and learn a lot even our first year and we have English film and Japanese film, which is basically a whole language club and there are a lot of activities happening such as debate and all, which is obviously helping us gain a lot of public speaking skills and confidence.
