Likes

I liked about the college is they the faculty treat students as good ,the relationship between student and lecture is better and teaching is good
They clear our doubt and they make us to solve more and more problems
The college is more disciplined in all formats

Dislikes

There are no functions and events in college
Classes run continuously so we get bored
Timng is not that good that we can easily adjust

Course Curriculum Overview

Automation and robotics course is all about building the robots that helps the people and it is about hard and software both .the cours is tough compared to other courses but we can achieve it and we can do it

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 107000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

College fee is 10700 rupees and i dont have idea about scholarships but government has not updated our registration no yet so we can apply for scholarships and hostel fees is about 75000 per year including mess overall we need to pay around 190000 to college

Campus Life

I dont much about this college because i have joined recently but this is great college with good campus and nature is very goog with more number of trees in college and campus is full of greenery . College is eco friendly

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is good and maintained very clean and food of hostel very good amd hygienic and very peaceful.In college there is no ragging and we can stay without any fear in hostel and there is medical facilities in emergency

Hostel Fee: INR 75000 per year

Admission

The college is very popular in karnataka , this is oldest college of college and in college there are good placement and it is very famous college and great people like sudh murthy and basvaraj bommai (ex-cm) has graduated from this college

Faculty

There is different ratio of students to faculty for different subject ,there are 2 internal and 1 final exam per sem . I like all faculty because of thetjeir teaching process . The exams are difficult

Night Life

Yeah it has gym in college and ground of cricket and badminton court and other sports court to practice the student and night life in college is very safe without any distractions we can study there college is best in night we feel safe

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Wipro, google, IBM, microsoft, cisco, tcs, infosys, tech Mahindra,...etc 180+ company will offer to our college. Wipro highest package is 78 lpa and lowest is 6lpa. 90% of students getting placed. I'll go for masters and then phd.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum has the necessary subjects of the branch...It is constantly updated every year to adhere to relevancy and comphrehensiveness of the course..My department of AIML teaches us the necessary computer subjects such as Nature Inspired computing, Deep learning etc and also the Maths and Stats whch is required for machine learning is though too ( Like Maths for machine learn and statistical modellign, inferential statistics, time series analysis etc)..These subjects also have lab components which help us prepare for real-world applications. But some of the older subjects on the other hand which might be core computer science or in first year..common subjects like CAED and others are not required and outdated. The frequency and timings of exams is moderate..neither good nor bad

My Real Experience as a First Year DSAI Student at IIIT Dharwad

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th sem. The highest on campus package this year was around 64 LPA, while as far as I know, the top 20% of the students usually get offers in the 16-24LPA range. The overall placement rate is good, but results depend a lot on your skills and practice

Placements aren't guaranteed and if i work hard and hard which is of course a real thing for anyone to be placed somewhere better..where we can work better. Since our college provides less Placements we got to study hard to be among the ones in the very less ones.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Though i needed cse with cybersecurity but i didnt get it so i went with Robotics and ai. In first year they have many subjects of all course which are basic and fundamentals of all branches Some are good in real world application They should add more practical stuff then theories We have 1 to 1½ month gap betwen internals and some 10 days gap between 2nd internal and sem difficult level varies every year
