RCOEM B.Tech CSE Overview

The curriculum employed has been made with relevant knowledge of the tech industry .Although this new curriculum is too complex for students to cover properly. Its still a better alternative to study instead of an outdated curriculum.

There are several internship programmes being conducted all throughout the year and provides internship to all qualified candidates irrespective of their year or sem. There are also students pursuing their internship from the same company which usually leads to job offers from the same company.

Amidst of all the instability of digital and technical industry , like AI tools and over inflation of engineers competing in the market. The college has managed to provide a placement record which is decent and trustworthy.

There are no fees concessions expect girl quota for 50% fees and other scholarships from university to top 10 students according to JEE and MHTCET scores. Yearly fees for B.Tech CSE is 280000 rupees and a hostel fee of 120000 rupees per year.

The orientation and selection of different clubs has already ended before the end sem exam of sem1. This allows the students to build a social Environment. Along with clubs the entire session is dazzling with events and programs almost everyday.

FY Hostel have been separate from the dorms of seniors, so there is no raging or any such misconduct. The food provided in mess is also good considering the food standard and hygeine of the kitchen and food attendants.

I have my hometown in Gondia , which is close to nagpur . So the city and surroundings are familiar and the college has been a top college in terms of mhtcet cutoff. The fees also fit in our decided budget.

The subjects introduced in this new academic sessions are observed by newer faculties which lack sharpness and experience. There are 3 written exams , 2 of them are mid-sems or unit tests and lastly a end sem exam for all 6 subjects in Sem 1 which hold 50% marks for the sgpa evaluation.

There are a written entrance test , although admissions with other entrance tests is also permissible.The counselor also talked to us before the admission completion to check whether my interest aligns with the course i opted for.

There is a marketplace nearby as well as a tiger sanctuary for trip opportunities. There are loads of fun things to do. There is also a temple included in the campus , and religious students go there anytime they want to before 11pm.
