HONEST REVIEW OF NIT WARANGAL

The curriculum is good and it helps a lot in our daily applications and they also provide a specific course for over development and it is called design thinking. It helps alot in developing our thinking and providong various designs of products. They conduct exams on it weekly.

The companies which offer intership are othe nits and iits and also BPCL,IOCL and various other companies. The intership is offered in the 3rd year and they give us various projects to work on. They pay accordingly to the outcome.

The placement in our branch are good and we get our placements form the 7th semester and the companies visit for chemical engineering students are BPCL,HOCL,IOCL and many more. The highest package is 34lpa and average Is 15lpa. The percentage of students get placed is 91percent.

The tution fee for general Category without income is 62500 per semester and for income between 1 to 5 lakhs it is 20833 per semester and for income below 1 lakh it is free. Same is applicable for OBC students and for Sc and St it is free and they Just need to pay the hostel fee which is of 70000.

There are various events which are conducted every month in our college like technozion and spring spree in these events various alumini of nit Warangal are invited. The accessibility of books is good and the library contains various amount of books. The sports events also takes place like inter nit and intra nit.

The hostel is affordable but the maintenance of the hostel is not very good and hygienic. The rooms they provide is of double sharing and single sharing and is good. The registration process is simple and easy. The quality of food is not very good and not tasty.

I have applied to various colleges that can get through by eamcet like vnr vjiet and jntu but I thought nit Warangal is better than those and NIT Warangal is my dream college so I applied for it. We can get admission in nit Warangal through jee mains and your rank must be bellow 40k for general Category.

The faculty are very much friendly and they are well experienced since they have all graduated from iit's . They solve our doubts without any complaints and I have liked all of my faculty's. The exams they conduct are a bit touch.

The nightlife in our is good. There are four gyms in our hostel and there is also a gym near the stadium. There are various food courts in a street and library. There is no closing time of hostel for boys but for girls it is 10pm and the famous hangout place in our college is called timesquare.
