Dislikes
- Course curriculum become somewhat hectic because after every 2-3 weak you have an exam. And in exam you will not given much gap to prepare for it.
- Some struggle with bathroom cleanliness like they were not clean most of the time.
- Mess food is also some time okay and rest of the time suk's.
Course Curriculum Overview
Exams are quite frequent like in 2-3 you have exam. You have quizzes then midterm then quizzes then endterm and 1 semester is of 4 month. One thing is good that you have Saturday and Sunday leave. Curriculum is updated and you may not feel it importance now but you discover it later for sure. So focus and study regularly. Exams are quite competitive and you will not get marks so easily. So study regularly to deal with that situation.

Campus Life
Library is well maintained and around 1500+ books are available. Covering all engineering books you require. There are ample apportunities of playing sports and participating in club. Seniors are also quite cooperative and supportive. And college tech fests are supreme. They have 3 mini fest and 3 main fest. And fests are not normal they are of lacs. So much fun is waiting there for you.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel and mess fees are reasonable and worth it. Like rooms are well equipped. We have common bathroom which is not clean properly but we'll equipped. Mess meal is sometimes okay and most of time eatable. Some of the things are good like you get fruits everyday and Fully nourishing meal with menu changing as per season and requirement. Hostel indoor gaming facilities are not good.
Admission
I got 55k rank in jee mains and this college is the best option if you no consider fees because of its infrastructure, apportunities, placements and it has no reservation things which brings cream only from India. Other colleges like thapar, nirama, Jaypee, manipal etc. they more crowded and some of them like thapar and manipal are expensive also which won't justify to take admission. Like in my college total 600 something students are there in a batch and in thapar there are 3000 students only in CS branch so you can clearly see the difference.
Faculty
Faculty to student ratio is 1:150. Faculties are highly educated and well qualified like some of were from IIT's, IIsc etc. In my first semester I encountered with some good faculties like Poonam gera mam, Usha mam, Sandeep sir, Manish sir, Ashok gera, Amit sir and nitish Pradhan sir. They are really good at teaching and they have no issues if you disturb them for doubt. And mohan sir, nabyendu sir are cooperative but they are not good at teaching. Like mohan sir's voice is not able to hear properly and nabyendu sir's is new in teaching line so he doesn't know how to teach. These are the teachers I am able to interact with.
Night Life
Around college campus there is nothing. City is 45 min. away from college. And in college they have khanas, kraves, amul shop, cafe, juice shop, barber shop, stationary shop, vinayak. Prices of shops are somewhat high. Gym is small and some of the equipments are not working. Hostels are good in room I got 1 almirah of mine and 1 common almirah, 1 mirror of mine, chair, study table, note board etc. which fulfill all the basic requirements.
