Course Curriculum Overview

4

I would say i always was intrested in computer science so thats what made me choose the course They taught us from the scratch abt programming and helped us understanding the logics which comes very handy in real world application The subjects taught should have more depth i feel Exam will be conducted every 6 months but regular test will be conducted

Internships Opportunities

3

As a first year student not up with the internship yet but i wanna say most of them they come to you is paid internship and its very rare that you get an internship with stipend i think college should more work an scouting good companies for internship

Placement Experience

3

MCC is good for placements for commerce and science Companies like wipro Infosys tcs ibm accenture have tieup Almost 70 percent of students get placed and the highest package till now is 23 lakhs per annum But when it comes to arts theres no proper placement cell

Fees and Financial Aid

There was no such thing as registration fees it was just tuition fees which was 69000 and i think it was pretty smooth with the payments and our course doesnt have any uniform but some courses like bcom and ba have and they cost 3500

Campus Life

4

Mcc have many fests goingon most of the time and the main evnt is culah and all the cllg student's can buy tickets and join the fest Mcc has 2 library which is pretty impressive and they have all kinds of book but i am not a reader so i dont go down there Every classroom has projectors and faculties are provided with a pc to work with which is also impressive There are many association which students can join according to their intrest i have joined in dramatics and i personslly love it and it impacts directly on my social life

Admission

I applied for christ kristu jayanti and rammaiah but something about mcc is different and comparatively theres more opportunities for growth and character development Admission process was very smooth after the interview they let us know if we are eligible and we can proceed with the fee payment

Faculty

5

Faculties here are really approachable and they have a very good relationship with every student and i have never seen student getting biased Its just being 1 sem i would wanna say hasitha maam mahantesh sir from electronics are best and sherli from computer science There will be a test and whose marks will be considered for exams which will be a part of syllabus and then we have practicals and then sem exam test will be for 20 marks and sem exams for 80

Night Life

4

The best place to hangout as a group would be near the basketball court and at night times we are not allowed inside campus but the whole surrounding is always busy with the students I think hostel in timing is like 8 oclock

In the course of psychology it's not use to just do Bsc , we have to go for Mphil atleast, so our department didn't bother much for placements, but still we got some for HR posting with the package of 4-5lakhs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The Curriculum is among the best in the country, but they don't have the ability to back it up , faculties don't stay for long , every semester we get new professors. The curriculum is great , it makes us job ready if taught right , which never happened. Fixed faculties should be one of the changes , they just leave every year and teach us like that also.

Placement Experience:

Our university has a training and placement office for the fourth and fifth year students. Before that you need to find internship opportunities yourself. The significant companies include EY, MoSpi, RBI, NSE etc. The is around 50% placements. The highest package was around 40 lakhs and the lowest 5 lakhs. I plan on working in the RBI after my degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Microbiology, biology was what I opt for but due to the sep system according to the government our batch was given 3 major and chemistry was an extra added major by the college I chose this course as I like studying about microorganisms and more. As of now everything they are teaching is helping me for my higher education and maybe I can achieve more because few of the teachers guide us what to do next and how to puraue with it. Few teachers really have to work hard on their communication and learning techniques. Sometimes what they say could cause a sensitive pain and the way they behave is completely inappropriate. PowerPoint presentations should be given to us after every unit completion Exams are conducted twice a semester and with it we also have class internal assessment marks with pia and more and exams are conducted in a moderate level
