My experience at priyadarshini college pf engineering was largely positive, offering a strong academic foundation with a vibrant student life
The faculty were highly knowledgeable and passionate about their field, providing challenging yet engaging coursework that prepared us well for future careers
A wide range of major and elective courses allowed for personalized learning paths,catering to various interests

Dislikes

The student body had a noticeable disparity in the gender ratio, with a significantly higher proportion of male students compared to females
The cost of housing and living expenses near campus were relatively high which could be a financial burden for some students
Certain introductory courses could have very large class size, which sometimes made it difficult to receive personalized attention from professors

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is very nice because i have a dream to became a civil engineer nd i know that priyadarshini college is best for engineering. Exams are quite difficult but can be pass if u study well Teachers are best sp they dont need to change their teaching methods they know how to teach a student Exams will stay at morning

Internships Opportunities

Companies i don't know much about it nd internship is not that worth there are many projects And i have worked in powerplant projects and it was a good experience for your projects we just need to be active

Placement Experience

Placements are very good at college Every students are eligible I dont know that much which companies visited 60 percent maAfter getting degree i just want to do work nd earn money that is the only dream

Fees and Financial Aid

115380 paying to college per year And we get scholarships which is deducted from our college fees nd we just need to pay 66540 for our yearly fees and many sc st categories students get more scholarships because they have advantage and im general so i just get some amount of money but that is sufficient for me

Campus Life

My experience was very good nd every engineering student should join Priyadarshini college of engineering Nagpur because it is a very good college for your engineering there are festivals events which

Admission

I have applied through mhtcef nd i got priyadarshini college of engineering nagpur so i took that college because it is a very good clg i thought i will go to gh raisoni but it didnt go well but i got a very good college admissions process is simple just go to clg office

Faculty

Faculty is very good to students they help students to solve their doubts nd students know that they will be successfully an engineer because pf the best faculty in college. Mrs.Shivani madam is my fav teacher because she is very nice md polite to every students. Mr.vijay dhawde is whom i dont like There are 8 semesters in four years nd they are eay difficult nd all.

Night Life

There is very good sports and cafeteria is a very good place nd library is good nd public area is nice for friends to hangout Hostel i dont know much about it Ground is very good to play cricket and football nd many more outdoor games

Placement Experience:

College offers campus placement on an average of 5 to 6 lakh per year. Not so good. Companies like MI Tech solution,Q-spider,Latent and many more have comed for placement.Had to try for off campus for better offer.This companies before my admission .I think in future companies with high package will come. Students can seat in campus placement from 5th to 6th semester.

REAL INSIGHTS OF RIZVI COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING

Course Curriculum Overview:

As this college is under mumbai university so this college cannot modify syallbus in their own the have to strictly follow the university prescribe syallbus,academic timelines,rules and norms of the mumbai university. I have taken the admission in this college in the year 2024 from this year the NEP-2020 was adopted by the every indian universities and instituites. Since NEP-2020 was adopted also by mumbai university some new subjects are added to the syallabus that are oriented to financial literacy,Entreprenuianl,indian laws related subjects the syallubus of this subject is very good to see in the syallabus pdf. But the ground reality is different this subject is not given much importance by faculties the are treated as not much important subject as their are not related to our course as a result the students also take these subjects lightly.Also the professors appointed for this subjects are not much good they appoint the faculties who are recent graduates of their college who are working now as a professor in the same college. The college treat this subject lectures as an practice for the fresh faculties to gain experience of how to teach students. The core subject syallbus is same not changed the mumbai university has just changed the name of the subject. The college professors just teach the subject but they do not teach in that way that it makes us ready for real world problems.And also in the first year all the subjects are common for all the branches of the engineering which consist of subject like physics,chemistry,mechanics,Basic electrical Electronics,Engineering Graphics. It is my opinion why should an student who is studying an course called Computer Engineering so why should i read the subjects of the other branches like civil,mechanical,electrical and electronics in my first year instead of my domain subjects for whole two semester and the timespan of almost an year

from 6th semester students get eligible for placemnets and from 4th semester students get eligible for internships. Dell, Oracle Tcs and many more such companies have visited the college The highest package is 50 lpa for MCA in computer science while the highest for B.TECH CSE is 44.14 lpa. Many good companies such as J.P. Morgan and Goldmann sachs have also come here for placements. The average package is 6lpa. Approximately from Computer science across 70 to 80 percent students are getting placed every year. After my B.tech Degree I would be pursuing my Masters degree from abroad.

Best college review

I appleid for ycce college , raisoni and priyadarshini college of engineering in which i got priyadarshini with branch etc which was unexpected . I was not expecting this but when i researched and studied i found it was worth getting as it has many facilities than other college and the staff is wonderful. I dont no what went wrong with me in other colleges as i was eligible for it i got 82% in cet exam but i didn't get it. For getting admission in pce you should pass 10+2 with good percentage and should appear for cet . You can directly get admission or can get through the cap round....Read More

As the demand of this course is not much, cut-off is not much. I had 69 in jee and around 60 in mhtcet. Taking Mhtcet exam is mandatory. I got admission though cap rounds of Mhtcet. And if you have categories like SC and ST it's not hard to get admission in electrical engineering....Read More
