Likes

I really like the teaching of some of the faculty here
Safety concerns are very good here like we have face recognition system
They provide us with notes and all the required academic stuff

Dislikes

There is a lot issue of attendance, they Take it way too seriously, and it Frustrates children
They don’t give medical leaves to children who actually required
Sometimes, some of the faculty members are not helpful and do not provide with notes

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is pretty good and well designed as well, and the teaching methods are also very nice, but some of the faculties messed up. Sometimes, for example, if they are learning facilities and part-time once they don't take the curriculum much seriously.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

My yearly fee structure is 1lakh 80k and 1 sem is 90k, i don't have any bachmates of specific categories. And the tuition fee is 50 k and rest is pf other stuff like developingal cost and other importance stuff.

Campus Life

The fest and festivals are not very useful in this college, comparatively to other colleges, but whenever festival. It happens very nicely, and they are always very amazing, and this college takes safety concerns very seriously, and about sports and extra curricular activities, they organise tournaments like Sangathan, and they take extra curricular activities seriously

Admission

I chose this college over other colleges because I knew that it provides a very good curriculum for Psychology students, and it takes academics very seriously, I had more than 80% in my 11th and 12, so I got direct admission, and yes, I did get rejected from other colleges like Christ University, Bangalore, so Amity university was my second option

Faculty

so the faculty student relationship is pretty good because most of the faculties help students a lot and provide with notes and all the helpful stuff. I don't dislike any of the facilities. Honestly, my experience was never bad with the faculties. Exams are not pretty difficult if you study properly, and there are only two exams, basically mid and final sem for Psychology students

Night Life

as I am not a Hostel student, I don't have a night life, but some of my friends who are hosters. They told me that it is pretty amazing because the campus area is way too big and way too beautiful. So, There are a lot of cafeteria. Canteen and gym is also available. Campus is very big.

Honest And Factfull

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is very useful for me in civil services examination because Optional subject remains important in Upsc examination and if u are already pursuing a degree in a subject which will be your optional in civil services examination then it will be great choice of yours . curriculum prepares me so well. Recently teachers werw changed due to their poor performances in class. This improvement was done. Now exams frequency and timings wero also fine and there was not difficultly level at all

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have interest in psychology that's why I adapt this course. got to know so many things about psychology and which help me to know people better really help me in my day today life. But the professor need to explain more and do not give illusionary examples. Did they have to try to explain in real world scenario. The courses is difficult and the paper is so lengthy give three hours to write and the people is so many that the time is insufficient they need to give more time if they expect to fill 24 pages of answer sheet.

I choose to do ba because i m interested in pursuing psychology as my career option. The curriculum is adapt according to my knowledge It is same that of Lucknow University and somewhat similar to delhi University with only few changes. The exam ain't very difficult to crack students can prepare 3-4 days before exam and yet ace it.

Placements in my college are really nice and the placement cell was we have to find the placements for the students studying the college they make they also make sure that the students are well equipped with the skill so that to get place in my college students are eligible from the 6th semester for the campus placements the highest packages was offered in my college was around 6 lakhs and average packages is about 2 lakh per annum and around 80% of the students get their placements rest also get jobs from where according to their personalities

Economics Honours at Amity University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum at Amity University is a well rounded blend of theortical principles and practical relevance that shaped my future career. There are modules like microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics and statistics that provide a strong formation for any future career opportunities in economics or finance. Additionally the presence of specialise subject like health economics, developmental economics, international trade, public policy and behavioural economics very highly appealing and something you would not find in other universities or/and government university. The inclusion of such modules got my attention because it promised to go beyond traditional economic subjects and focusing on the practical subjects that are also industry specific level of domain of economics. They were also research projects, data analysis classes, case studies throughout the three year course which allows students to apply and test their knoweldge that further enhance the value of the degree. There were also subjects like environmental sciences, psychology, communicative English which was made mandatory for students that help them shape their personality and adapt more to a corporate setting. The examination system is designed to assess the viability of skills and critically but the difficulty of exam especially towards the end of semester can create unnecessary pressure for students. There will be time that there will be last minute syllabus changes or additional chapters to be considered and there is no structured format of what you can expect in the written exam however there is a fair grading system though some students feel that instead of the exams there can be more emphasis on analytical side rather than modules that require rote learning.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Overall curriculum was good that they make proper schedules of classes and all but there was something lacking is that sometimes the professor was absent and we wasn't aware about that and sitting in that class without knowing they should inform us or make a proper arrangement for replacing of class with other teacher and also there was lacking of technology in studies I didn't remember how many times they used the projector for proper teaching.

I applied to other colleges also but i choose amity because Amity really gives you the knowledge. It makes you a overall complete person. It makes you forward in life, teaches you how to gain confidence which i didnt had before coming to Amity. The admission process was quite easy i got admission through my CUET Score. In admission portal it asks you general questions and takes few of your informations and previous scores of 12th and 10th.
